Frompong: Is that Mac Cherry Breath something like Miracle Alien Cookies? Or a cross of that? I've been running down the list of "Breath strains" (Motor Breath, Garlic Breath, whatever I can find) and trying them out, and I've enjoyed pretty much all of them.

As for the Weather, my Mother Strawberry Diesel plant took a hit when some storms came through; Wind, HEAVY Rain, and Hail, and one of the two main branches snapped and then another smaller branch snapped, and then two of my Motor Breath branches snapped too, though they're pretty small ones. I looked at the Resin, and though it's not great, it's got cloudy looking stuff and some Amber on a few spots, so I hung it up anyway and plan on trimming it up and seeing how it is. Thank God the Blue Cheese are all OK :) Chemdog had a bit of the tops leaning, but we tied up some of the ones we could; my Grease Monkey plant is too tall to even attempt tying it off LOL.

The weather here is turning to shit.
Gonna be in the low 40s tonight. Brr!
And we’re expecting lots of rain, starting Friday.

I’ve been pruning for better airflow and sprayed regalia + kelp today.

My situation is complicated…

Just a side note about cold weather:

Depending on the strain you're growing, cold weather isn't as bad as I used to think it is last year; I had Motor Breath, Detroit Lemonade, Skywalker, and Blue Cheese outside, and I legit was out there on some mornings knocking snow off my plants, and left them out because they weren't ready yet. I got freaked out a little at first and pulled some branches, but at the end of it, I should have just left them alone.

The cold temps, some of which were 27 degrees Fahrenheit, appeared to do the following:

Increased Resin production
Turned them pretty colors (Purples, Reds, golden yellows, and even some almost black colors) and it looked amazing! I got freaked out and then started reading AFTER I pulled some of my branches that a grower in Alaska had their plants outside and didn't really have any issues, and now in my experience from last year, the stuff I left alone was AWESOME. Now some strains may not like those temps at all, but the ones I did last year all did fine. For Blue Cheese, a grow guide I have says to let the temps drop by 20 degrees at night to get that Blue tinge color, but the same seems true for other strains that have those genetics. I've also read that Cannabis responds to cold temps by increasing resin production to "weather proof" any potential seeds to keep the genetic line alive. I only had a few smaller buds get any rot; The rest were fine.

Not a guarantee of course, but Hopefully you guys can sleep easier at night when it's getting cool out.

What is NYCD / OGK? And is that crossed with Chemdog and Romulan? AND Afghooie? Chemdog and Afghooie.....I'm not even a girl and you made me wet with those two hahahahaha.
NYCD / OGK x Chemdog is a Classic seeds strain(first 2 pics)...Romulan x Afghooie is another Clsssic Seeds cross(second 2 pics)...sorry to get ya wet, lol...a real high would be a more accurate Description. The Romulan cross is one of the best highs I have grown in a while...nothing like some of the poly hybrids with fancy tastes and smells that have become popular and are really lacking in the clarity and enhancement of the senses type of high...The Chemdog cross will send you soaring but will tranquilize you if you smoke to much.

Couple of outdoor Auto's before getting the chop this evening. A real rough start, as they were born during a intensely hot, dry spell, but the monsoons were really good this year, and the plants definitely seemed to appreciate.

Whoa bro those grow bags are some sturdy looking workhorses yah. After reading em...... They plastic coated the fabric, Id be interested in how many seasons the coating will last before breaking down.
Could ya speak for its longevity?
