I don't think anyone knowingly would chuck with a herm. I know I put disclaimers on all my stuff who I have shared with that they're not tested at all, and I apologize if it was one of mine. With that being said though. Ive had 30 dollar packs herm and 150 dollar packs herm. Its a widespread issue.

The gsc I Didn't Say was Intersex..but it has nannies and it's something I would never use for a cross..yes I'll run it out

People just get too sensitive if you say they got a hermie from you or take it like if they don’t have the issue than and there than obviously you did something wrong . Thing is all my hermies this round were feminized , every pheno in the pack hermies did this at least by 75+% population and Thing Is these feminized were bought versions and were opened packs where they obviously tested em , was I just unlucky or was the person trading knew they had hermie issues .

Wasn’t like one pack , 3 diff packs that occur and over 75% at least one hermie trait in each pheno

if it was me and I germinated a feminized or w/e pack and it was non tester and I paid for it . I would expect some stability and not pure crap almost always . If it did occurs I def would not pass it to another as a workable choice without warning what happened on my side

Knowingly passing them on is one thing, getting them in untested chucks and freebie testers is another. Kinda just got to keep an eye out... and that is for all gear. Its not just what you say, but also how you say it. You have to admit that you have slammed someone or made comments on here more than once and then when corrected on it you backpeddle and eat crow minutes later on more than one occasion. Just because you delete it later doesnt mean you didnt type it. You are talking about "paying good money", but the seeds you mention are free seeds from Bad Dawg and a good amount of the packs he gives out for free literally say "Testers" right on the pack. I understand that some crap beans can ruin good beans so if you are looking for a "guaranteed" sensi crop, maybe hold off on running freebies and testers and stick to the proven cultivars from those that back up and test everything before it goes out.
Nobody is picking on you here, and that certainly isnt my intention but if you openly slam someones genetics then post a pic of plants that arent doing what you are complaining about -your going to get some feedback/responses. I agree with you 100% on how fast some are to release seeds without the proper testing. I would expect to have testing done on ANY seeds that I paid for. Not saying you didnt have a bad experience with his genetics, I just didnt see it in your post or pics that you provided in this thread was all.

I think people got confused because it seemed like you were implying you got herms and then when people didn't quite see a herm in the second picture, naturally we questioned it a bit.

But as many have said, this goes for basically any beans you pop barring a few people who breed to stability.. so we agree with your sentiment.

I've ran some Bad Dog gear, and had no issues them. Bad luck of the draw imho. Feel for ya.

Likely two good plants that both had herm in their history somewhere, and reared its ugly head. It happens to the best of em sometimes.

Bummer on the nuts. It's got GSC in it.....there's always a risk. Just completed Bad Dawgs ChemD x Apollo with no issues and just flipped The White x Sunshine 4 which looks good so far.

Yep, always that risk running with Chems too. Lol. I've ran good plants of his too, the Apollo x Atonic was a great pain med.

I'm actually brand new to bean-making. - Hence the reading, re-reading - read more etc.

I managed to get my hands on a 2x4 for pollination efforts - Herijuana is up first.
As for crosses, I love how slow this "hobby" actually runs. I haven't even started my first preservation run yet, but (to show how far I'll chase a thought game...) following the Herijuana run I'm planning to do a preservation run of Malana.

I figure I'll start doing more than fantasizing about a cross this winter - I have another strain or two to preserve that might be more interesting than what my noob brain is thinking now. --- (Though Herijuana x Malana --- or vice versa, I don't know --- sounds like a good starting thought.)

I just followed schwaggys tutorials and selected as best I could with what I had, if it makes it through my room I consider it tested ??? I'm pretty rough on em, but without a doubt I will not be selling anything untested, I figure free is never a bad price until it's what I was wanting to grow myself, not worth fucking oneself for a few bucks, those that cut the corners will make a little then be out when they ruin people's grows, and no matter what we do or say the plant always has a way of trying to reproduce on it's own its built in ??? so well all have it at some point or multiple points depending on luck, I just hope for the best for all of the community, seeded smoke blows ass for sure ??????

For noobs like me.
I have to agree. My first grow was FIRE (and total beginner's luck, everything was wrong), until a set of balls showed up under a skirt.
I had been looking for bananas in the buds, but this was a genetic herm.
Made sure to sterilize the tent, furniture and 95% of the lung room the tent exhausts into (unfiltered).
Frustrating to say the least - what if I'd lost half of them or they had other negative traits and had weak, un-potent yields? I'd have stopped growing and gone back to the dispo.
What if I hadn't found threads on making bubble hash & edibles with herms to float out the seeds with the waste instead of picking them out of bowls??? Not a TOTAL waste....

As I move into seed making, I think it's my responsibility to make sure that I contribute to good stock and avoid spreading bad seed (literally).
Especially now as cannabis' legitimacy is being established, and personally as someone who grows his own meds - kinda self-preservation, no?

All I know is my last run 14 plants 7 different breeders every single plant was full of seeds but that was my fault…not saying your issues are your fault…but mine was my fault they got neglected for almost a week when I was sick found them bone dry and half dead and than fertilized the shit outta them and fried them I got them to come back but they all have seeds

They are plants. All u can really do is keep a keen eye . I am all up under them every night , cause I wanna catch it Early as possible.
