Something inside me has shifted,
I so get that.

I know there are lots of folks who are passionate about breeding and getting into the marketplace, but I know I'm happier since I abandoned any such ambitions I may have had at the beginning, especially since I got a glimpse behind the scenes at a big, legal, scientific breeding program. Competing with that is like me opening a corner store to compete with walmart, it's just asking for frustration.

I grow what I want for myself and for people I like and respect. I'll still make seeds sometimes, but only for the pleasure of it.

homebrew is still some of the best beer out there. Wal mart will attract its clients, and so will the home brewers. But hey, my dream is of individually owned corner stores all over the place that still use barter systems to exchange goods for locally grown produce, food, and homemade crafts like clothing, blankets, etc. People trading skilled labors. Shit like that, haha. I'd be interested to know more about this breeding giant. Like, is thier goal to push out every single person and just be the one and only? and if so, how could people want to turn around and support that?

I've inadvertently discovered a handy hack while screwing around with my various adapters.

Some places will sell a 'crumb catcher', a glass device that goes between your water piece and your bowl. They are bulky and pricey, though users say they serve the purpose of keeping the tiny bits out of the bong.

I put a $5 10mm male x 18 mm female adapter on the bong and my regular bowl on the adapter. It works great. I tried a screen for a bit but removed it. Just having the multiple contraction points collects enough resin to catch almost all the wee shreds and the bong stays much cleaner.

I also doubled the amount of glass beads in the water piece as I'd mentioned I wanted to try(I don't use water). It's heavy and stable and works awesome to cool the hits. I used to always swap between my various glass pieces but now I'm using the globe with beads almost exclusively.
