I'm getting another tent going for flowering ... the 32x32 just isn't cutting it anymore so I'm converting that tent to my home for wayward boys ... question I have is for the more experienced breeders here...

Do you all find that males needs as much light intensity as the females? I feel like since my goal isn't big dookie buds I should be able to get away with less light but I wanted some other opinions before I went that route

You can definitely do way less light unless you need big plump males to pollinate fields . I’ve used household led bulbs to a 60 watt auto cob currently and it works great and plenty to dust several plants.
Mine usually start in the big room and I leave them until a few days before I think they’ll start dropping pollen and put them in the tent until I think I have enough. Good luck

That's what I was hoping to hear! I have an HLG v65 and a 2 tube t5 that won't be doing much after this changeup so I was hoping they would be adequate for one good male.
