This praying mantis surprised me a little. I was sitting next to the window with my head about a foot from him when my daughter pointed it out to me lol.
I made some sift the other day from some material that had been in the freezer for who knows how long. I took some of the good golden stuff for smoking and the rest will go into a batch of gummies tomorrow. I'm evaporating the alcohol off now and will decarb in the morning. Pics on that later.

I made a batch of gummies for a buddy today, I'm getting this recipe dialed in pretty good now. I love my fucked up face emoji molds, hard to photograph though.
And then I went ahead and made myself a batch while I was at it. Decided to add some citric acid to just the backs of these while they were still in the molds. I've over done the citric acid thing before, it's terrible lol.
That comes out to almost 400 gummies. The pot leaves are right around 40mg thc, while the emojis are 120mg! I don't sleep as well without one every night before bed.
Updates on the CNC soon, they've been transplanted to 3" pots and will move to one gals in the next 10 days or so and then flipped to flower.

Ok I've been meaning to update this thread for a few. This is my second run with the floraflex dry nutes and I've been using the wrong feed schedule ?. I've been feeding a little light like I suspected, but I'm not in a big hurry. I hit them with some seaweed a few days ago too. Most of these plants are 6 nodes, some 5. I need a new ppm pen again, I have two telling different stories lol. The 16 I just up potted to one gallons will be put in flower as soon as they look happy again from the transplant. Bumped the feed up now that I have the right schedule going. The other 6 will get up potted and flower separately, I'm waiting on coco for them atm. Another month and things will start getting interesting in there. So 16 in a 4x4, gonna double up on scrog nets and I shouldn't have to do much more than feed and a lil selective defol.

I made some canna-salve today. Took a half ounce and did a qwiso then evaporated the alcohol off on a hot plate and decarbed it in my AGG machine. Then into coconut oil, a lil olive oil, beeswax, and some shea butter. Along with a concoction of essential oils that are known to help pain and inflammation (st. johns wort, arnica, lavender, rose, bergamot, sandalwood, rosemary, and eucalyptus) Some of the mint oils are supposed to be good for pain too, but I'm not into the smell or feel of it. This is only the second time I've made salve, but it's super easy. This time I switched up the recipe some, it should be a pretty good direct application pain med. I think next time I will decarb the buds and strain through cheesecloth so I can get a nice green color.

Oh yeah! My hips are out of alignment from breaking my back years ago. If I do too much car time they start hurting. I tried some of this batch last night, it was instant relief. Couldn't ask for it to work better for me.

Did some plant swapping this morning, pulled 8 confirmed males and put them into their own tent under cobs. Second pic is a female that has calyx's growing down a stem. I've seen buds on fan leaves from the CNC line before, but never like this. Time will tell, should be interesting what she'll look like down the road..... So the whole purpose of this hunt is to find a new male for f2's. As most of you know Gu lost his mother for this line last year or so and won't be making these anymore. The more I think about it I think I should do an open pollination on this run for preservation purposes. And of course f2's later. I know a lot of people want to see cookies n chem beans available and that's why I'm doing this. Just seems to make too much sense to do the open pollination.

Ya now that I have the right feed schedule going. I was a little busy when they were young or I would have caught it quicker lol. This floraflex line is treating them pretty good, I absolutely love how pH stable it is too.

Quick update and then I'm gonna take off again until Monday. Everything is looking like it should at this point. Gonna dub this run the sausage party because I am going to go ahead with the open pollination with 8 males. I vegged out my sundae driver that I just got back to take a cutting for a new mom and found a spot for her next to the fan in the pic. If it gets too crowded I can pull her and make room. I'll have some defoliation to do when I get back Monday for sure.
