Ok so I'm finely situated to put some time and attention into a thread here. I decided to kick this off with a lil cookies n chem hunt. Had 19 beans but dropped one on the floor and it magically disappeared into some other dimension. I'll probably do a quick veg and flower these in one gal pots of coco. Nothing to get excited about yet, just documenting the process. I'll be hunting a new male for a batch of f2's from these. No lucky charms like the pack says, that was a bagseed from a couple years back. And just a touch of hydrogaurd for good measure.

I have that partial pack with your name on it still. You want me to get them wet for ya and we can do a handoff? Or alternatively what are you doing later today?

Nice to see you fire up a grow thread Mac. The seed story reminds me of of a round of Cannaventure (fem) seeds i planted that were so small you almost needed a magnifying glass to see them. I had one that did not germinate but after considerable digging in the coco i never found it. I suspect it never made it to the cup. Look forward to watching your grows .

Keep looking at my pack of those. Hear nothing but really good things about that cross. Should probably figure out how to get it in the mix. Good luck with the hunt.
I would move them up there line, you won't be disappointed.

A friend has a cut of C&C that leans cake and it is really good. Nice bud structure strength and wonderful flavor with just enough stardawg to make it not exactly cake.
Are you thinking cake n chem?

Some of those arcata crosses have really small seeds, I know exactly what you mean.

All 18 up and going. Gave them a shot of hormex B1 with hormone and 1/2 strength floraflex v1 and v2. You guys like the little cups in the plant cells? I moved recently and can't find rockwool or peat pellets lol

Those are some small cups Mac. I actually went looking for some of those little ones the other day. I know @AlienAthena uses them i have noticed. Mac i don't know if you use them but those pipe cleaners are perfect for bending the right size support for those sprouts.

I think I found the cups on Amazon iirc. I'm guessing you see the toothpick up front? I've used pipe cleaners in the past, but don't have any atm. Idk what happened, somehow I broke that seedling. Just noticed it when I fed them lol.

Seems like my seedlings always stretch hard. Been out smarting them lately by only filling the cups half way. The small sprouts seem to have no crown at all at the soil level so i just finish filling the cup after they stretch

I've done that before too. I know a lot of growers like to leave seeds in the paper towels longer than most would. They let em get stretchy and gangly then bury most of that at transplant to get a head start on roots.
