What do you guys think build it out or leave it storage? My wife said as long as I find a spot for all her crafting stuff I can do whatever I want with it I would put up a wall right after that door on the left and add a door to the wall the measurements would be 12x10….this room would be for flower only than my other room would be for testing/moms/clones/veg and making beans

That’s what I’m thinking just wondering if I should buy all the supplies for the grow first or build the room out lol cause I know if I buy the lights and dehumidifier and mini split than I know I have to do it lol if I build the room first I’m gonna be ansy waiting for the grow stuff as I’ll have to purchase everything overtime

If you build the room first, and then get the grow supplies, it'll make your emotional state better since you won't have to worry, and won't be like me staring at a tent like "I could totally put a solo cup in there and run this RIGHT NOW!".... Hahaha. That's cool though to have a craft room for the Wife; She'll be happy, you'll be happy, that's a WIN bro. Do you already have the materials for the build ?

I literally need like 3 more 2x4’s and insulation…I think if I do it I’m going to do white tin walls and ceiling so everything will be easier to clean

Btw ur thinking of when they pretreat mediums even if it was for an Ipm of coco or peatmoss, or if ur medium got infected and it was inbetween cycles. Never do what cheesy boy is recommending here cause if u do that to a alive plant that’s some crazy ass stress and my guess frying ur whole roots alive with boiling water let alone ur biologicals.. infact I’m preety sure that’s a way to kill a weed tree or weeds u don’t want. If u can kill a tree bye this I’m sure cannabis will fry too lol

What needs to stay where? And how hard would things be to relocate ?
Floor drains? Water supply?
Subpanel? GFI Switches Outlets
Exhaust and makeup? Sealed?
Workbench? Storage?
In regards to your footprint, look at your fixtures.
Bed area is one thing. Traffic flow and work triangles are another.

Use anti mold dry-wall, aplus anti mold primer , foam bottom from floor to drywall, use panda film/non absorbing .
ethier have rez in room or in lung room, I woi;d invest in building the room vs tent but make sure to for example have ur light controller and power inputs all on ceiling /safe zones. I can’t think of enough times I see people having their exposed to a fire by having def preventive things like having that stuff where it can’t get moisture /water .
if you also have ur dehuemider mounted it could Make a major differance in ur space to work but also heat and hu,Cory rise = best spot. I would have 4-6 wall mounted fans and 2 rez’s, one for water storage, one for feed.
instead of flood tables I suggest using 25-30 gl trash cans ( brutes) and have them on movable dolly’s , if u grew 12 or even put 2-4 in Each bed . Remo did that and he had some insane tree‘s. Beds or that would be a amazing sog and u could around whole sog np and even hand wand ur garden with ease, I do it that way and love it
another tip is also use outdoor rated doors if making a grow room. worth every penny for a grow room

Our flower room is 9x12, I've only got a 3x8 flood tray in the middle of it with 3ft walk space around it.
I've tried a dozen arrangements and can never make use of all the space.

So everything in the pic can go we actually have a whole empty bedroom downstairs with a fooseball table in it that is going bye bye and that’s where the whole crafting area/office for the wife will go
