Today my doctor was happy with my status! I've had a transplanted kidney for nearly 7 years now and He cuts me a fair deal of slack because, I take good care of myself, follow his suggestions and keep myself healthy! They know I consume a sizable amount, they say good on you {in private}. In public they just say, {let's not bring that up}. What can I say??? I think that cannabis is saving my life!

I will be making a RSO type of cap. I have had a pair of 1/2 gallon jars crammed full of fresh frozen bud, soaking in 99% ISO alcohol. Been shaking them every few days. I will strain it with a paint type filter and then I evaporate. I simply pour 1/4 inch of the green juice into a 9x13 glass baking pan, set it up on a high shelf and turn the ceiling fan on. In 24 hours it will all be gone except for the medicine. I then scrape the film from the baking dish, put the scrapings into a big silicone jar, and finally, I sprinkle a bit of ground bud powder on a silicone pastry mat and roll my extract {gloves on} into pencil shapes until it's just thin enough to fit into the empty caps {size 00 for me}, Cut the roll about 1/4 inch longer than the starter cap, slide it in and put the other cap on, done. 1 of these 1/2 hour before bed and insomnia is but a memory!

Edit; I leave the bud in the alcohol for at least a month, shaking every few days.

I had a medical procedure today to fix a problem with the valves in my leg's veins. They closed off the veins that were close to the surface {varicose} in order to improve blood flow. Go figure . It does work, they fixed the other leg 3 months ago(y)
I've had the veins stripped long ago - where exactly are these valves located?

Wishing you a speedy recovery my man!

Thanks pal. The veins in question are the ones just below the surface. High blood pressure caused the veins to expand over time. Unfortunately, the valves don't have the capacity to expand. In essence, like faulty backflow preventers.
I'm living healthy and well today, but I'm still paying for the sins of my past. How the hell was I supposed to know that I was not bullet proof???

I ask for and received a few recipes for a topical canna cream for my arthritis, thanks. I ordered the incidentals from Amaz and it should all be here in a week. I am infusing 2 quarts of Fiona's Chemcake in coconut oil. With my next DCSE order I will get a 20:1 cbd strain as well for this type of medicine

I’m starting to get varicose veins in one leg raising a bit . So what kind of affects did it have on your leg to cause removal if I may ask ? Pain or numbness ?

Problem solved?
We decided to remove the whole toenail, The only pain wash the local anesthetics injected into the area. Hash caps and brownies for the next 5 day and continue as desired!
I’ve had the same after being a dickhead and cleaning my toenail jam out with a vitranox knife . The big toenail then became ingrown and infected . The bloody needles in the toe was no joke lol . I think the doc actually got a laugh out of it . Sadistic bastard ?

I was a large man in my younger days, and I couldn't get my blood pressure down where it needed to be. Because of this, high blood pressure caused my veins to expand in diameter over time. The problem was due to the fact that the valves did not expand, causing the blood in my lower legs to not clear and circulate very well. The blood in any wound, even slight ones, did not clear well, therefore fresh and healthy blood had a difficult time flushing the wound.
I am happy with the results; I will not be plagued by those incredibly painful stasis ulcers again!
The procedure is not a huge deal, it was done in the doctor's office with no anesthesia {except for a hash cap and brownie}.
Is this an adequate response?

I hope you don't have too much pain in the recovery. I'm about 6 weeks from the procedure and I think I'll be doing warm soaks for another week just to be safe. The leg procedure is supposed to increase the blood flow in my lower legs. They wouldn't do the leg I needed done first and so my toe has been healing at the same time as that leg. Hope you heal quickly (y). My wife is concerned because I have some pain but, my doctor is almost my best friend! The amount of chronic pain I had, will never be back!

Greetings fellow enthusiasts,
I was wondering if the community is interested in a forum where we can discuss health issues and the possible treatments that have worked for members? I have a few ways that I treat my problems and am always looking for better ideas. I think that we may be able to really help one another. Any thoughts?
This is a great idea. There have been a few posts scattered about and having a forum section about health issues and possible treatments would be beneficial and quite handy. I’ll put up a section when time permits, and move whatever health related threads I find there. For the time being posting in the Main Forum will suffice until that section is up.
