the bud hardener is Paclo.......... a known carcinogen not recommended on crops you ingest. Think "Bushmaster".
Widely used in the landscape industry/parks/etc where cheap ass jurisdictions don;t wanna mow grass...but not on food....or weed.
I'm not sure it's legal to sell....anyone know? I know they took it off the market in cannabis products in the US....but I'm not sure what the laws are surrounding it elsewhere/the importation of it/etc.
Either way...you need to tell your customers if you used it so they know...and can go elsewhere if they choose to do so. Bad karma it is.

These are the balls. Cal+Mag Pro 13% nitrogen! Cal Mag as well...but you gotta take the N hit to get it.

They are merely mixing separate ingredients together to make the formula.....so while it isn't completely scientific (or scientific at all..LOL) deconstructing the mix isn't rocket science...especially with those balls the size of peas that are easily strained out. That is where the majority of the N lies. There are smaller balls..possibly N as well...I left those and only strained out the larger offerings.
My outdoor plants would STILL be growing from last year if I'd used it straight up all the way through. Heehee. Just wayyyy too much N for my tastes.
I spent zero time looking around their site....but it looks like they may do a "grow" and "bloom"/are doing a G & B now? Stupid to not do so, IMO.

For growing weed its not my favorite...it works great until late flower and yes you can add boosters but it finished super green.
AN and dynagrow fade out really nice. I like that more and its worth the cost (if you bust it out per gram or oz its not so bad). That beauty fade as she is dying...the final push of the leaves to release their nutes back to the plant. I dont get that at all with MC. But that was a year ago..I really have to give it an honest try.

I will strain out the balls and give it a go.

I think i might end up with jacks and adjust as needed. But MC needs to get used up too.

The flowers in my GH really love the stuff. I've been using Biobizz lately but it just isn't cost effective for anything but tent grown ganja. Glad the MC has returned just in time for Summer. Random EC soil checks around my property show that everything (native) is starving for nutes because the ground is super porous/sandy. THE best product I've ever found was Age Old organics "Promote". 4-0-1.....with a polymer base. That held the nutes in place far better so the grass could utilize it. My yard has about 2" of topsoil on top of rock/boulders and an 8.0 pH.... very hard to get to green up evenly. The MC "balls" work well on the lawn cus they are a bit slower to dissolve/soak in...and they are a huge whap of N ta boot.
Could find cheaper stuff to use, for sure..... but most everything...sadly...is mixed with 2-fuckin-4-D. I've never put that shit on my lawns. It's 1/2 of the recipe of AGENT ORANGE and it WILL kill your dog...slowly....with fun cancers and other good shit. their ball becomes a toxic toy when you use that crap. Should be outlawed. A weed free lawn is a toxic lawn. Yer nuts if you walk barefoot on it....and cruel if you let your dog roll on it/play ball on it.

Anyone having issues with the v3 precipitating out gypsum? I'm about over this shit changing every time I buy it. Trying to track down Jack's locally, but the only place i can find it doesn't seem to want my business...
I made the move from Megacrop to Jacks a while back and could not be happier. There are some sellers that are repackaging jacks on E-bay ( where i got mine). I did not order from Jacks directly because of there shipping choice of carriers. Jacks dissolves well and works well also very inexpensive. Hard to beat the Jacks 321 formula.

One repackager on e-bay sells all different sizes. Out of Maine i believe. It would take me a long time to go thru 25lbs but defiantly the best deal. When buying that size it would make the formula for penny's per gallon. So far the only thing about Jacks that i don't care for is it has three ingredients that need to be shaken separately when mixing. Not that big a deal as i only have to do a short shake after each ingredient.
