Yes you are correct v4... I cant find it now of course, but a week or two ago, I read that Greenleaf changed the recipe one more time to eliminate the need to suppliment Cal/Mag.... I am not seeing any def with "V3" but, i use Bud Explosion so that could explain it... I bought this bag back in May and it was a brand new formulation then, and my Megacrop is different than yours. Im not too sure how different though.
Just an FYI..I am still on Version one, and even then, their product was lacking in Calcium/Magnesium and needed supplements. I use NOTG Herculean Harvest now and that does the trick (liquid bone meal). GREAT stuff!

I have a 1000 gr unopened sample of their V3, but from what I read here (and other places), I will be looking for a replacement..Back then the sample was free and you paid them $7.50 for priority shipping. (

I've used Maxibloom powder as a base for a few years and the last few months I've been mixing MB with Megacrop V2 in veg and my plants are loving it. (Also adding a bit of silica and magnesium sulfate on occasion.)

Maxibloom has been hard to find in Canada lately and with the reported deficiencies with Mega, I may have found a win/win for myself.

I shouldn't have theown my old packaging out. The label looked the same I think I took a pick but cant find it.
It they are now above the guaranteed analysis for Ca labeld on the package that is not good imo.

If what you are saying is because it is now a 2 part the Ca can be controkled thats different.

I could be remembering it incorrectly for sure, but I want to say that they were talking about thier newest formation of mc,not the 2 part... they are claiming now I no longer need to use bud explosion... I’m going to go back in the blog and see if I can find it so I’m not talking out of my ass as usual.

Thia is just a curious onion now.
I'm pretty sure th as ts v3, v2 was edta chelated not amino acid chelated. Of its not too much trouble snap a pic of the % table like this -

Those pics are v4 or what not just received mid July.

Below is the Part B received same time.

Interestingly Calcium is listed in the ingredients but does not apear in the analysis table.

More over rhe metals content seems to all increase some and in my quick thinking this indicates there is is not significant ammounts of Ca in it but the recalled conversations seem to indicate otherwise ???

This is from well over 1 yr ago.....possibly two yrs ago and right when they changed the 1st time.
There is a Megacrop thread over on Overgrow, that Greenleafnutrients contributes to.

Interisting, thank you very much ad this helps me in my reammending the resivoir. I am on my last one of the previous version and am using mgso4, CaCl, Cal-Nit and MOAB as addbacks to help extend res changes.

It appears they added Cal Mag. LMFAO.

I ordered the 2 part today
It seems more difficult do disolve and at this point I would not consider my stock solution disolved, miscible maybe but not disolved. I guess miscible is a degree of water solubility?
Your circulator pump may take a beating.

I used warm water (~80F) and ran a pump for 24hrs. I will be curious to see if the cycling of the of my f/d is enough to keep it suspended. This batch is going to veg and is the first use of it for me in hydro, i mixed up a batch earlier for the veggie garden and od.

Going to probably send an inquiry to greenleaf will post to theead when I have any info worth sharing.

Exactly what I was recalling, curious to see if the blades wear any due to whatever is suspended...or if you get additional accumulation / back pressure in your filters.
This is similar to previous versions of mc just more of it seemingly.

Nope just take it apart and use a toothbrush to clean it out.
