Alright, why not start here. Love showin off the gals, overfed or not... x'D

Starting the log out with my Strawberry Flight Attendant (G6 x Strawberries & Cream f2) testers.
Platinum Kush Breath will come once transplanted to 5 gal pots.

Most of them appear to lean Strawberry with the crazy leaves and sharp serrations, as well as the dirty strawberry funk smell on stem rub. Only a couple seem to look like the G6's more rounded 'soft' look.

Here's one that looks special

And here is what the G6 leaner looks like

I'm a chronic overfeeder....but I'm about to start taking a lesson from goMM and let these girls get some breathing room. PPM lockout is a thing with me lately. PH'd water or tea until they lighten up.

Oh - I also forgot this was Foxfarm Oceanforest soil (hot already) - I'm used to Nectar #4 but they were out of it at the shop.
So I shouldn't have fed them at all yet... x'D

Update - just sexed them all, out of 17 I had going 9 were male, 8 female. That's pretty much 50/50!

I was hoping for 9 females for my 4x4 space but, oh well I've got 10 platinum Kush Breath so one of those will take it's place for the 9th slot - leaving 9 on each side.

Gotta wait for monday to go buy dirt for transplant! - Also, both of the plants pictured above are confirmed ladies!!

Half the transplant job is done! Back left corner plant is Platinum Kush Breath but the other 8 are my SFA (Strawberry Flight Attendant) AKA g6 x strawberries cross. The other 9 pkb get the transplant tomorrow on the other side.

Packed in - gonna need a lot of airflow and possibly a dehumidi to deal with that RH after feeding....18 5gal pots is a lot of moisture.
Hopefully when they get bigger they just drink quickly and it's not so much of an issue.

Nice!! I’m looking to upgrade to an 8x4 setup and was wondering if you’ve ran this setup before and what type of yields ya get? How long do you you plan to veg for?

If ya haven’t then i’m along for the ride to find out.

Nah I haven't yet, just got this new setup going - previously I've been using a 1k single ended HPS in a 4x4 XL (like 4.5 x 4.5 to accomodate 4' trays) and I'd roughly get 1.5 give or take depending on strain. I hope I can get 2 per light with these HLGs, supposedly each one should be the equivalent of a 1k dual ended HPS and is said to have a 5x5' flower footprint, and these are in 4x4 spaces. So it should be overkill!

That said I largely just pheno hunt, if I were to run proven clones that yield I'd surely get a good amount of weight.

You have brought order to chaos.
Minimalism is a feast for my eyes.
Did you put a plant through a xerox a bunch of times? Or just photoshop it ,over and over?o_O
You have a patient hand Mr. Pffffff. The hours of wise husbandry are obvious to one who knows what they are seeing. The removed inner fans, was my favourite part.

I got Mattlock on speed dial, you are gonna murder that scale.

Hahaha thank you!

Aside from a few fans I'm trying to keep it clean and simple for sure!
x'D I try to prune them all to look the same, some taller plants are transplanted deeper into the pots and such to make for at least temporary uniformity!

Glad you noticed the inner leaf defoliation! I can't bear to see all those little sites get blocked when they just blast off with some direct bulb-action.

I sure hope so, as long as I can manage heat/RH I will be okay! The true test will be running the tent full of proven winners instead of a pheno hunt!!

?

More of my G6 x Strawberries, few different phenos!

Gave them a foliar feed last night with Photosynthesis Plus (photosynthetic microbes), Bloom Khaos, The Kraken (crab/shrimpshell chitin), and epsom salts. This was taken the next day. They are sure getting happy in their new homes.

Very nice looking garden and plants! Quick question for you are you flipping the light schedule to sex the plants? And then returning to veg?

Nah they're all sexed already, all females there. They're just goin straight to bloom in a few days. Going to put in 2 stakes per pot just to tie the tops to to pull them outwards a tad.

PKB were fems and my beans showed while in the 1gal pots, waited to transplant until I knew the female count.

They sure do look nice. What i am trying to figure out is how you are sexing them while they are so small. I have a round right now 5 weeks into veg ( plus 2 weeks of sprout phase) and they are just getting close on showing sex. Most of mine will be 2 feet high or better at 6 weeks.

Thank you :D I appreciate that man.

I've always sexed from either keg/solo cups or 1gal pots. They always show for me that small but I may leave them in those pots for longer than they'd prefer to be. I never flip to induce it.

Do you top your plants? Sometimes a stem pinch (to bruise) or topping once or twice is enough to make them show, if being rootbound or in their container too long doesn't help.

If I leave them in those red solo cups they usually show after a while, if not they def do by the 1 gal stage, even if only a foot tall.

That said I use a jewelers loupe and look for the first preflower or two rather than waiting for the preflowers to be abundant all over.

GEttin to be a jungle quick. Just took a clone of each one, hope one is enough in that turbo kloner.

I'll clean up and flip in the next day or two, was waitin on an electrician buddy to get me some more power for a portable AC and dehumidi.

The next two pics are of my G6 x Strawberries & Cream f2 tester, the pheno I've been staring at.
G6 frosted in veg that way, looks like she's taking after mama but has wild leaves from the Strawberry side.
