Gonna be glad u Waited. Unreal man ? mad I wasn't paying more attention. Just went through the grow and was amazed bro ?Autos definitely take some getting used to. Can't grow them like I grow photos as far as watering, nutrients and light intensity go. With my last autos, i tried blasting them with 470w of led and some liked it, some hated it. Being under that much light for 20 hours a day was just too much for them. I've read that all autos need is what I have in my veg tent, cheap QBs lol. Even though they are lower intensity it's the duration of light intake that matters not the intensity. That's what I did wrong last time and I started to do it this time with my new autos until I came upon a thread that talked about the issue. With my new autos, every few days I'll bump the intensity up until I find their limit. Hey, just wanted to check back in with you and see how the run went? I'll tell you what, on my end, that sunset sherbet wasn't much until flower really set in. Then holy crap!!! Seriously, one my favorite strains now hahaha. I found a specific pheno that was straight fruit stripe gum and fire!!! Really pale green flowers in comparison to the others, for anyone looking. But yeah, i can't recommend that strain enough. Definitely dropping the others I picked up from him. Hopefully you had a similar experience. Much love, best of luck and be safe my friend!!!!This is my first run with Mosca gear. I'm also running Twenty20s autoflowers. I'm hoping that the seedbank I use restocks moscas raspberry boogie soon. That's the one I've been after for awhile but I keep missing it when it restocks lol. This plant is very easy to grow, nice vigor, node spacing and it's resistant to these pesky thrips. It just chugs through life with ease and she's getting fatter by the day, especially since I incorporated the Humboldt Secret flower into her diet.
She's on day 81 and wow. I can probably chop her now but I'm one to take them as far as they want to go. Buds are purple, green and cream and frosted to the max. When I have the extra money I'm gonna pick up many packs of Mosca gear. Great and very stable genetics with plants that can take a beating and still produce big beautiful budsHey, just wanted to check back in with you and see how the run went? I'm really glad I waited. Whenever I look at her I say to myself "Just a few more days" lol. She just keeps getting more and more stacked and frosty every time I go down there. I'm glad I have 2 more getting ready to throw down. Same exact structure and stem rub too.Gonna be glad u Waited. Unreal man ? mad I wasn't paying more attention. I've had really good luck with Mosca, I've heard about duds on the fem gear but haven't ran any myself. My favorites were Raspberry Boogie and Pineapple Mayhem. I ran the Ripple as well. Had a nice Blueberry muffin pheno till I lost it(dang mites!). My least favorite was pink lemon-aid. Just never found a good one.Mosca's got some nice stuff (Raspberry Boogie being one of great interest via description but was never in stock when I had funds). The highest dollar bill price tag packs I've bought to date...but that's not saying much... I'm frugal as pHuck!?
I think I got a tax return not long after I started growing and sprung for 2 packs($100+/pk...unheard of from me, lol, even to date)...Ripple (Stinky Le Pew x Old Time Moonshine), which I was really excited about, and Tsi-Fly (C4 x C99) which was of course also of major interest. The Ripples, 9/10 were duds, didn't pop, I'm saving the last one for tissue culture preservation in what seems like the very distant future?
The Tsi-Fly on the other hand was impressive! Think I still have 2 seeds left from the 10 pack. 2 of the 8 that I cracked previously were top notch plants in growth, vigor, bag appeal, terps, affects! Been saving that one for tissue culture along with a few others in the vault.
I plan on learning and understanding the process, ins n outs, in due time. I know there's people/plants/seeds out there that need preservation. We only owe it back out of respect?
