There are some great resources here, in the form of ebooks that lays out a lot of the parameters.

Personally I began by using ryeberry spawn bags, once colonated mixed to coir/verm/wc sub that was made using steam sterilization method, added to 2 - 15qt containers. Basically 2 -1lb spawn bags to 1/2 batch sub (batch originally was 8cups verm/1 brick coir without wc.) Goes in each container, layered like lasagna.

I made quite a few LC jars by first isolating on agar. Instead of agar to grain, take agar to mixture of distilled water/karo liquid corn syrup 4% sugars is where you want. Mycelium will grow in the mixture visibly, I use a magnetic stir bar to keep it chopped up. This way creating grain spawn, plates, more lc innoculation etc is super easy, fast, and consistent....

Yeah LC is the best for sure. I've seen it go south a lot more than agar mind you. But done right you can inoculate a shit ton of jars from a litre of LC.

It’s kind of like a pheno hunt when putting syringe to grain without selecting for strength. I’m planning to clone the best fruits from my bulk tub and going from there. In the meantime, I’ll have fruits to enjoy

Exactly. And that's a quick and dirty way to go straight from syringe for sure. Nice if you can bulk it to sub though and really identify the patches of highly productive fruiters and take a bunch of clones from the biggest mushroom.

There is definitely a lot of variation when doing multispore.

I made these jars specifically for LC but use them for WBS jars also.



750ml distilled water, 4 tablespoons karo lcs, a magnetic stir bar, put in a PC for 40 min @ 15psi.

Yeah if I was gonna grow for volume, it would be Martha all the way. A grow tent makes a wicked Martha.
For small scale personal production, I really feel like dubtub shoeboxes are the perfect system. For me anyway.

There are spores syringes and liquid culture syringes. LC is actually mycelium so is illegal in most US states. Spores have to germinate to form mycelium so are legal.

LC saves a week or two.

LC is also isolated productive mycelium, not multispore so you get a much more consistent flush.
And yeah its amazing what we can get here in Canada, agar cultures, LC, Masterspawn even.. some places even sell pre-bulked substrate ready to fruit.

Lol yeah there are mushroom shops popping up with the same kinda frenzy we saw with black market weed dispensaries back in the day. We have one in town you can buy mushrooms at, plus gourmet mushroom chocolates and shit. Also syringes, plates, spawn etc..
It's the way it should be really. Shame the govt will steal that industry eventually too.

You can find Liquid Culture syringes/ colonized agar plates at various reputable online sources based in the US. Seems to be a grey area, as some claim mycelium will not test positive for the typical alkaloids, and others are still on the spore only boat. Quick search of ‘therapeutic research agar culture’, or liquid culture comes up with a couple.

I know a lot of folks don't care for the post Roger Waters albums but I really dig Gilmore's guitar tones along with the synthesizer.

Another fun thing to view while tripping is space footage. Or the cgi rendering of space.

The discovery Channel had a show back in 1990s or early 2000s that was like a mock documentary of a drone exploring the universe looking for a new home for humanity. Was awesome seeing all the artist interpretations of what creatures would look like on different planets with various atmospheres.

Shit like that really gets me thinking when I'm deep in a trip. Leaves me lost in the upside for too long sometimes. A place that people will never go without taking a hallucinogenic drug or being able to mediate to that point.

Looks good but dont see any seperation from the glass yet so I'll check on it in a few more days.

I find myself looking at a lot of digital art and CGI of space scenes and natural events.
I do some spray paint paintings here n there and space scenes are of my favorite to do.
