Hi to all. Look forward to great info the cannabis community freely shares. My motto is if this plant doesn’t teach you something you’re not paying attention. Personal growing only. Wife is a medical patient w autoimmune issues and she is my “why” I grow.
My question is this. I have seeds from a couple of breeders that are not around any longer. Have no desire to become a breeder myself but would like to pollinate a few ladies from said breeders seeds I purchased. Is this the correct way just so I can have a few more runs of their seeds for my own use?
Mate welcome, I will say this.
You don't have to justify why you grow cannabis. I enjoy growing plants purely because I enjoy growing. No harm no foul. You aren't growing bath salts so dont feel the need to justify yourself.
Everyone here is welcoming. No egos, they all get checked and picked up on the way back. Seriously good bunch of people in here. Awesome that you are growing to help your Mrs. Respect.

I don't make it a goal to Brand or market anything I work. I breed for the experience and passion simply put. If not for others and their own generosity I wouldn't have my logo and all that I have nowadays making it look like I might be an actual company. I hope that others take my outcrossings to the filial stages as I know that f2 is sometimes much better and way more diverse than the original seeds and everything we hold anyways we are just caretakers of in reality outside of the breeders syndicate and battlegrounds lol

Here's a good example of the ethics and the passion coming together. Long time ago I bought a lot of the Fire OG work that OG Raskal released. I spent a lot of money on the packs and I never found the one in over 1k in beans. Long story short, I ended up getting a pack of the Wi-Fi Alien and again I didn't like the phenos nor the sexual ratio of ten boys to one female. I took this group of seeds I purchased and made myself f2's to find what I wanted all along. Even made myself some f3 stock just in case I needed it for future projects. I surely wasn't going to continue buying packs again for the hunt and nobody else should either, nor carry negativity about preserving seed stock for ones personal use.
