Had a heck of a good time last night, some of it is still a bit blurry, but a good time none the less. Lol.
Though I haven't fully decided if my antics last night were good or bad.
Was a bit on the topsy turvy side of things, and brain must've seriously miscounted.
Meant to only drop 6 beans for the comp, and take a few clones of some stuff.
Well today I took a look in the room when I got home. ???
Wtf is all I had to say to myself.
30 more clones taken, and 24 Crazy J beans dropped. How was I so coordinated that I didn't even leave a mess to clean up? ???
Never have I said I hope some of my plants die. ???
Inadvertently I gave myself better odds of finding that special pHeno. Rofl.

dropped... Had about 4 or 5 more varieties available on hand, but I have a feeling this is gonna get waaaay outta control real quick.
I do have lots of outdoor space for overflow. Its been a while since i worked solely with beans, Usually plant some beans, find my desired 2-3 phenos, and run clones for breeding and personal preference. Anyway, here's the Line-up I went with.

They will soak in the baggies/ saturated paper towels overnight, and go into my float and grow inserts tomorrow. Half in a soiless mix, half in rockwool to start.
Even if I dont have a contest winner, Im damn sure to get some good plants.

You know... I am not sure. I'll take a look back at that thread and see if it mentions. I assumed Herer, but could be wrong.
Yeah hoping the rom grapefruit is a keeper. My buddy D's grow of the Rom kush was slooow to finish ( >< 9-11 weeks). Out of all the new ones he tried, it's his least favorite and wont be kept.
I still have one other pheno of Rom/ Kush in the tent, just slow veggin. I'm gonna take some cuts and put her outside. Gotta make space!

last night i looked and my beans were ready for solo cups....... right from the water....
but I put them in a coffee filter till today... soon as i get up and going i'll put them in solo cups....

Here's the soil I use....were getting up..slowly this morning....not as young as I have been....
Cutting wood last few days ...I'm feeling it as always....

I'm doing a seed run and I took a few tops off 1 of the plants just to get a taste before it gets seeds...it's 4wks and is already stoney to me..... if this works out ...I may love it.....

Nothing like the warmth of a wood stove.. I miss my passive/radiant heat indoor stove, but now use an outdoor wood boiler system.
No smoke smell or ash to carry up from basement. No wood to carry down. Very little splitting now too. But... No wife bitchin' bout the mess lol, Thats priceless.
It does eat through wood like nobodies business, keeps me cutting yr round for heat/ and hot water for residence.

I have seen them want to check into that when I build my home...... this is the shop that was here when I got the place......... the plan was to live in it for a few months and build a house..... Last yr didn't work out that way.......
I really went to be off grid 100% out here at some point........

this thing does smoke ..... last yr with no dry wood and rain everyday for months it was bad.....
I wasn't happy... on top of just beening a shop I go though wood...........................................................

they just didn't know real world things.........

like the stove every time you add a 90..... you screw the air flow down ....... I needed a place fast and got this on line....... when I got here I ended up redoing the whole shop...... so a yr later I'm right where i was last yr when I showed up....... in a way...........
