Part of the family.

That’s gonna be a very smart and loving mix. I love border collies. Careful with tennis balls. They’re like sandpaper and will grind down their teeth especially if they’re ball crazy. My boy had his ground down to the point I had to pull a bunch of teeth just to make him comfy again. Really helped him, came back full of life after that. Congrats on the new member to the family OldG!
My last pit loved tennis balls. I never saw a problem with his teeth. I found that the “dog” tennis balls would last him about 30 seconds....they are too stiff and when clamped down they would split. I started buying him real tennis balls from the sports store and they would last him at least six months. They are pliable so they flex when he would clamp down.

Those dog tennis balls are garbage. Not only do they get destroyed fast, that fake tennis ball fabric isn't the same as real ones and my guy is obsessed with pulling every single strand off and eating it before he crushes the ball.

Real tennis balls funny enough he just doesn't chew on. Maybe it's because he grew up playing catch with them but he's really gentle with real tennis balls. He just like to slobber all over them then put them in my lap...

His favorite toy though... this stupid blue bucket my son left out in the backyard...

I feel like it's probably bad for him to chew on but he just loves it so much. No one gets between Hank and his bucket...

Bowling ball lmao fack

my old boy is now into those flat squeaky rubber balls w happy faces on em from Walmart. Since they’re flat and he has less teeth they tend to slide right through when he tries to grab em on the run. Extra fun factor lol
Yeah he was a 145 lb pit/boxer mix I had almost 20 years ago named Titan. Big ass dog that hated everybody lol.
The racquet balls do the same, get all slobbery and slip out their mouths. Lasts forever and are great for playing fetch with because of the bounce.

It seems like bullies have indestructible teeth. All of my friends’ bullies can chomp and destroy everything, Kong toys, tires, you name it. Hang from ropes etc. The non-bullies don’t seem to have that and I’m only talking from experience from my dog, which is a heeler mix. The tennis balls were bad for him, the vet even asked if he was into tennis balls based on his exam. I agree on the fake tennis balls though. I bought that big ass colorful tube of fake tennis balls from Costco when he was younger. Stood on a chair and rained color balls on him lmao ? he was so excited he had no idea wtf to do except go and grab his old Penn tennis ball lol (this is when he had more teeth ?)

It’s all about that bounce, my boy goes crazy over it. If I don’t throw anything for a while he’ll gather all of them in a pile and look up at me all ?❓❔⁉️ then?

Went to the dog show and this was the coolest dog there, an Australian Shepherd mix, and he wasn’t even a part of the competitions. Looks like he’s ready to hit the slopes. Good timing too cuz the snow pack in the mountains here is supposedly the best ever.

She passed away about 2 weeks after this pic she stopped eating for a couple days so we brought her in and they said she was full of cancer we brought her back home and kept her comfortable with edibles for another week or so. It was sad but I’m glad she went fast and she got to pass at home comfortably

Sweet. We've got a client with a horse ranch. Usually half a dozen, their 2 and 4 or so boarders. We bring carrots when we visit. Haven't ridden since injuring my back.

I find that when I hurt my back a good ride fixes it up...but I have no known injuries to my back...I mean like if I tweek it or pull it somehow...yeah horses love a few carrots...I prefer horses to human contact most times...I am torn between horses and boating/fishing...but those are my two main things that keep me sane besides the cannabis.

Mr Bojangles. He's a meat head, he will run his head into the table and then look around to see what made the noise! Lol. . A picture with Bear, the old timer. Still the boss. Bahari Moon, chilling out, usually on patrol, not much escapes his attention, unfortunately. ? 20210731_165816.jpg FB_IMG_1618867301646.jpg . 20210827_161312.jpg
