Pelle Polare Hash Making Equipment

Ive been piecing together a proper extraction lab over the passed few months, and starting to see the finish line. I wanted to create a thread for Pelle Polare since he has been crucial to the process, in fact, I dont think I know another company with a focus on specifically Ice Water extractions.

I decided on working in a 20 gallon, and went ahead and ordered the DIY 20g Brute kit. To be honest, I really wanted a Stainless Steel vessel, but with the current supply chain issues, they are backordered literally everywhere. For 500 bucks plus shipping, I was able to get myself a SS false bottom, SS Drain Kit, and SS Sight Glass port. As the rest of the pieces come in, ill share the progress.

For anyone interested, Pelle Polare recently dropped a free Solvent less Extraction E-Book thats like 40 pages long and full of great info. The file sizes is too large to host on forum, but I would be happy to forward to anyone... Its also available for download on his website.

If youre looking for hash specific gear I dont know of any other place to get what you need. I hope this is helpful to someone!

Another piece to the puzzle here. Just a simple barrel reducer. This allows me to wash in 20s and collect in 5 gallon bags for a bit more control.

I’ll be using this with icetract wash bags

waht a profesional set _ all the other 'Bubble Machine's " are basic;y a small cloth'' washer _ Thanks a bunch !!!!!!!!!!! also seems like you will get a better quality return for your material . I shake but if I were to switch this is the "machine" I will get and use _thanks a bunch man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm, neat.

A lot of those pieces and parts seem to be interchangeable with home brew gear, a potentially cheaper route to go if you know what you're building. Lots of sanitary stainless options

The free resource is awesome. We are coming into the natural garage freezer environment of the great white north.

And i am going to build something better...I understand the process a lot better.

My hash washer will run after i hand wash. I am going to measure and build a station. And I have 2 Cannarado Grape Gelee i will hand trim properly and fresh freeze.

Build a trap to collect the heads under the ice and slush...drill out my oar with nicely exactly the pure pressure spacing (i have a bit for that).

The worst case scenario is going to be pretty great Thanks !!

And my hash making just gets better. and better. and this will push it to the BETTER and BETTER...and i might as well squeeze some.

Next purchase for me is some 25 or 37 rosin evolution bags. For just such an emergency.
