Apologies for the inconvenience for anyone that was on. I have just applied the most recent bug/security patches for the forums.

I tried to pick a time with the least community impact, but no time is ever a great time. Anyways, it's complete, rock n roll.

You do the updates?? I've never used a web hosting company myself but that's actually cool you can admin the software. When the outage happened yesterday I was looking into what software the site runs and saw the Linux. Do you have a Shell that you use for updates and fixes?

Oh, I meant that sometimes the company allows a Shell Account to do admin tasks that can be done remotely on Unix.

A dude in school one day was accused of drug use because a teacher heard him saying he "used PHP" lol.

The forums are based on XenForo, rather than phpbb. We are using a PaaS solution basically, but have the capability to test new features in a prototype environment prior to deploying them to production.
