Post edit time limits

As many of you know, there is a time limit to edit posts in most forum sections. This is because we need to preserve history and post continuity. However, there are two forum sections which don't have this time limit, due to the nature of the section:

- DIY and Tutorials
- Trading Block

These have been set at unlimited time for post edits. Keep in mind that the staff will still moderate as needed.
