Preserving PUA !

Alrighty folks, the second 6 Pua seeds are up and have turned their heads up to greet the light. We will veg these 12 seedlings until they become large enough to pull 3-4 cuttings. I'm thinking about pushing the males into a separate tent, collecting and mixing their pollen, and hand dusting these girls a week or 2 later. I guess I have 5 to 8 weeks to work it out. I'll be looking into actual pollen collection methods, as opposed to fumbling through it again. When I run out of things to learn, then, and only then, will I quit growing ? :phenohunt:

I dropped 12 Pua seeds, I've got 12 seedlings. 3 are a bit slow, 1 has already been uppotted to a quart, 8 more will get that in the next day or so. the stragglers will be a week behind. I'll start dropping pics in a few weeks. I may flower them in 1 gallon shoes, if they allow me some cuttings, that is!

Yep, that's it! But it looks like you've got more cheese to work with! Awesome (y)

Thank you :) I actually had taken that picture a while back when I first got them, but I didn't have any pics on my phone with the Pua and it's genetics listed, so when I saw that pop up I saved it to my new phone and uploaded it. I remembered you weren't sure at first which Pua you had.

Chocolate Cheese was awesome and grew some baseball bats, but sadly the Cheesing was a male so he had to go. I've honestly heard nothing but good on the smells of that Pua, and I do plan on running it ASAP. You gotten any smells from them yet ?

No smells yet. Transplant into final 1 gallon shoes in about a week, that should give me some smells. I will flower them once I take cuttings. 3 weeks I would surmise. Looks like they will be rather stout and fat leaved!!!

The 12 PUA's above will be moving to their final tent on Sunday. I'll clean it out well and keep them in veg until I can get some cuttings. Man, the internodal length on these is beyond tight! I always enjoy watching new strains unfold!

Today I remove the failed BLAF residue from my 3x3 and will let PUA veg in it until I get cuttings. I think I'll raise their skirts while I'm handling them.
I'm still sick over my BLAF problems. I think the second run at them will prove fortuitous! Pollen is falling on them as we speak!
