My "Chocolate Plum liqueur" smelling male eventually took on a fragrant passion fruit smell for a bit and now at full maturity it smells exactly like "Jamaican Rum Fruit Cake" made with plums, passion fruit and tangerine. Very impressed with the stress tolerance and drought tolerance of this male, so far, so good.

Various males from the 'Star Platinum'. One is leaning towards the Steph Nuggz f2 dad, smells like melons and mango-carrot juice. The really stretchy sativa pheno is clearly a Haze phenotype, smells like lime margarita, the last pictures are from the Rosewater male, very resinous already. I expect full trichomes on some of these by next month.

(Star Platinum) Male "Haribo" pheno is getting ready to dump, I like that he has a denser structure despite the parentage I see the "Malawi" influence.
This "Rosewater" pheno from its cousin 'Steph Nuggz' f1 is getting pollinated by this male in the end.
Bits of pink and purple showing up on the Stamen, the most resinous male from the "Star Platinum" exhibiting all the traits I want in a purple haze hybrid. Stem rub is citrusy Floral-spice, berries and Rum. Reminds me of the 'Peace train' with some structure and smell from the "Haribo" male added in.

Star Platinum x Chelumbian f2 tester seeds(open pollenation) are almost ready, about 2.5 weeks away. I will start harvesting them soon, all of June and July they will veg with harvest in mid to late October should be my window. If I succeed I should have several different Haze/Chelumbian hybrids to test against each other.
This (Peace Train x Steph Nuggz f2) in particular has alcoholic lime-margarita smells to it from the Peace Train's 'Mendo Haze', primarily when flowered. In veg she smelled more like the Malawi leaning father, Mango-carrot and gin.
When it's time for f2's to be bred I will be using the specific males I selected this grow to produce them, the "purple haze" pheno looks like the best candidate.

-I still need to make myself some cobs. I think the 2X C99 F4 girls will do nicely in a few weeks. I'll have to chew some right before Wing Tsun practice. Haha

Yea- 100%, it's a "JoJo's Bizarre adventure" reverence.
My goal is to bring out the haze/sativa side of the 'Peace Train' while keeping its color and effects.
Peace Train is (Old Mendo Haze x Purple Mayhem) x Jack The Ripper. "Peace train" despite it's shorter flower time(9-11 weeks) is a potent stimulating sativa, perfect for outcrossing it would seem.
I plan to turn most of the eventual outdoor plants into cobs like my last years harvest, the (Purple Zamal x A5Haze) I grew couldn't finish outdoors so this "Star Platinum" hybrid should do the job.
I think I'll try and make them slightly more fermented this year so they can be chewed more easily.

I started another batch of the Querkle Soda hybrid "Purple Flurp", I found this variety showed better overall vigor. So far one mutant came above ground 
Whorled phyllotaxy, this hybrid is full of oddities, one seed has 3/4tails, like a quadruplet seed. Higher propensity for "twins".
