These are the papers with the wire that appears as it burns. I thought they were just a novelty decades ago but now I swear by them. They are very clean burning, & do not tarnish the flavor. No need for a roach clip & the wire allows keeps your fingers from getting resin dripped on them (if that matters to you lol) The wire adds rigidity to the paper making them easy to roll with (I like the newer hemp & rice papers but I find them to be very hard to roll with, even after crumbling them)

My wife's father that passed when she was young but was a pot enthusiast name was Randy.. so they are a must have in the roll supplies

I loved the concept, but every joint I ever rolled up, or smoked on, canoed badly.
Either, you made a spit damn, to slow the burn, or turn the canoe over, to even out the burning, but then the ember could fall out.
But yeah, what an innovation at the time!! Great idea!! But I did not care for them.

I've only smoked Glass for the last 5 years. IDK why, but smoking joints always made me reek 3 times more than glass. I miss smokin' fatties, but I like not stinkin' even more

I got 6 wooden cigarette holders off Amazon a few months ago for $10 - Dr Watson brand - and use them faithfully.

I had a glass version of one of those,, but only for a couple days.
I seem to prefer things that bounce.
