But that’s neither here nor there, this kit should have everything you need. If you wanna order it from somewhere else my personal suggestion is to order a Kit that has a tank that takes “z” series coils. Those are the ones most of the stores stock.

I was huge into building coils back when I vaped liquid, but never thought about using them for hash, and I tossed my rebuildable decks last weekend when I cleaned up a bunch of stuff I haven’t used in years. ??‍♂️

I wish I would of saw this when it was active but sadly I must of missed it. Both of the selection you guys got are exactly what I would of pointed you too as far as one that can just be put onto any vape. Now @TerpyTyrone if you were interested in building your own it is possible.

I actually used to build and sell custom/ craft vape coils for RDAs before the big ban happend in like 2018. And I used to experiment all the time with different coil variations and a few rdas I didn’t use anymore. Best one I found that hit like no other was the “wasp” it’s a single coil rda with an acrylic too but you can buy a glass replacement for like 10$. Anyway I removed some ceramic/quartz cores from a junk yo can I had laying around and I made some coils which look like this
They are 3x 26g SS316L round wire cores with a 36g SS316L alien Clapton which is a variation that has those waves in it. Those are very important. The wax will melt and travel down those waves and most of it will just stick to the round surface of the coils but I would take one of the ceramic/quartz cores I salvaged and fit that in the middle.

The cores I used were 2.5mm so I’d wrap my coils 5x around a 2.5mm bar creating a nice tight hold on the ceramic/quartz and a near perfect wax vaping rda once the coil is installed. These ohmed around .09-.11 without the ceramic and would fluctuated between .08-.12 with the ceramic so no scary jumps.

Now being me I wanted to see if I could build a better coil for it and I did: noticing the wax would flow though the regular alien coil and pile up on the core once it got really hot I decided to add a more “absorbing” variation of alien coil to the mix. So the very best coil build I found for dabbing in a regular vape/rda was a Fralien or framed alien:

The build is 2x 28gSS316L frames with 6x.3x.1mm ribbon cores wrapped with a 40g alien Clapton I’d do 5x wraps around a 2.5mm rod and I can’t remember the exact ohm nor do I still have a pick of that build.

40g wire is close to hair in thickness so it literally traps every bit of wax on the Clapton (outer wire) then when it gets really hot that will soak in and get trapped between blades of ribbon which heat up way faster then the frames and outer wire giving you a big busky cloud of vapor. A little warm but no wast really at all.

I’m sure it was much easier to just buy those devices. And I did the same so I had an all in one dry herb and dab portable tool. But if you ever want to give it a try let me know and I’ll sent you the coils you just have to get the ceramic/quartz or whatever they use now as the middle of the coil. I also thought about casting the coils in something to make like an all quarts or ceramic oven.
