Outdoors is mostly in now.............I have been keeping quiet but it was a good year. The following were players in the 2021 outdoor endeavor

Passionfruit Hashplant
ECSD
BFT x 2 (one monster)
Sky Warden x 3 (one monster)
Pink Lotus F3
Bruised Monkey
Purple Punch
Chinook Haze x 3
Dread Bread
BlackGrapeDumDum x2
Topanga canyon S1
ChemDxApollo x 3
BingoPajamas
Adub/AC

and I'm sure I'm forgetting something :) I could shut my tents off theoretically.....but I'm not gonna!

Once the hanging lines were full......it was abundantly clear that the big dog in the room is the hashplant. Ball buds all over hell and back. I did not realize just how many until the hang. The ECSD, Sky Warden, BFT also yielded very well.
Trim trimminy trim trim sheroo.....;) I'll be in trim jail for a while

Cover Crops??? Rootballs???
What to do with all those rootballs? Spread them out in different spots about 6" thick. Then plant with crimson clover in the fall. This is what you have growing now, just starting to flower. Perfect time to harvest it. View attachment 66009
6" thick because that's about the depth of the roots.
View attachment 66013
Take a square shovel and cut that 6" back out, with both the plants and roots. You can see the difference in color on the existing grade. here's a plant.

Those white nodules on the roots are nitrogen that was pulled from the atmosphere :)
View attachment 66015 I filled 5 eighteen gallon planters with what was dug up today. Tossed clover and roots right in. Those pots will get sweet potatoes aproxx June 1. At the end of the season, I'll dump the planters out to harvest and then do it again.
Crimson Clover has a pretty flower. The idea is to cut it as it starts to flower to get the max nitrogen. I'll always cut some of the flowers and put them in a vase, they last a while and look great.......
Meanwhile........... finally ordered some Comfrey crowns........now we'll really be growing fertilizer :)
and then the planters were emptied out........providing some food and completely re-furbed soil

:)

this is what that old rootball soil looks like. Lots of root hairs and perlite that is a bit smaller than what it was. It's just been spread and planted with rye and clover for the winter......in the spring it goes back into planters for more potatoes. The planters had many worms inside too. the dirtleft.jpg

Pink lotus looks awesome. Makes me excited to try it out. Does it have more of a sativa or indica effect in your experience?
The buzz is hybrid....a little of both actually. You'll get a body hit with the cerebral but neither racy nor couchlock........it's real creeper weed. I always smoke too many hits before I put it down...then it catches up. I really like the buzz and the taste makes it easy to smoke..it goes quick :)

Some pink bambinos...first 2 are BF Tx PinkLotus and ther are 3 total. A dubstep x Dream Axis Space Vegas x Pink Lotus and the rest are Pink Lotus F4's...you can see a distinctive little ripple on the pink leaves......almost every kid has that early rippled leaf. If it does not have that pronounced ripple...............it's the gassier pheno, you can see that in the space vegas pic.
