Just read through the amendment. Many expansions, which is great, but fuck me not a bit of difference for home grows. My license is good now for 3 years now instead of 1 year and costs 50% less but still the same plant count!!! My wife has got to get her grow license and grow card now...

Anyone know how to bribe their wife into getting and grow license?????!!!!!!!!

It's like a bad nightmare of Ozark on Netflix. I'm gonna get fucked somehow :unsure::unsure:

I read somewhere who knows if it’s true but that new bill makes anything over 6 oz’s a felony…again I read that and didn’t look into it as I’m not in Missouri so I don’t really care lol

Yea, I could care less bout the rec side, if you are a self cultivator and caregiver/grower, you can get the limits you need. The expungement of non violent weed offenses is a great thing. Many that already have existing licenses are whining because they are gonna allow more licenses aka business. Another way to get more weight is pay the extra for two docs to sign off on medical, they’ll state you are allowed more

Can u explain that part more? Pay extra for what docs, or two doctors??

I agree with u that lots of good things like expungement r n the amendment. Just whinny about the home grow side...

Think I can call my Missouri representative and change it??? :ROFLMAO:
I think we'd better take what we can get, for starters, anyway. This should have been on the ballot for a few years but, some suck hole kept pulling it off the ballot .

Haven't read anything about this yet, but I sure hope it's better than we got next door to MO, here in the Land of Lincoln....

Like with everything else about Illinois, our rules n regulations are a pathetic joke... Wood b Kool to see another state go rec. Shud b nation wide, grow whatever u wish imo.
Thx
Best of luck guys ✌️

When you go to your mmj dr, if you need more meds than the limit, they’ll get 2 drs to sign off on the extra amount, but it costs extra. Your rep was bypassed by the voter constitutional amendment lol, they won’t help. They are actually trying to change that process because of it now. They want some recourse in the process. The home grow side didn’t change anything but cut fees in half, and renewal every 3 yrs, not one. Get 2 patients to grow for, the extra numbers and count will be just fine ?

Just took a quick peek -

The petition includes a proposed registration card for personal cultivation of marijuana as well as provisions to allow people with nonviolent marijuana-related offenses to petition to have their records expunged.

I'd probably vote for it as its a step in the right direction, but I would never put my name on a govt list to grow in my own home or property.

Also, those expungements should be automatic - having to "petition" leaves a lot of room for BS...

Here's my question - and I don't even know this in my own state - Who actually monitors plant counts for home growers? I'm way over, but don't even know who to be looking out for... ????

Here in Michigan you're allowed like 12 plants ? But if you have people with Medical Cards that list your address as a care giver, you can have 12 plants per license for a maximum of 5 cards, so.... I failed math but more plants than I can probably fit in the garden. 60 Ah ! Yes! 60 plants. We're also allowed to have 2 ounces on each adult. So 2 adults should allow a Quarter Pound without any issues. To be straight up though? I've personally had Detroit PD roll up on me before it was legal and they literally didn't even take the blunt... Or ask us to put it out LOL. It's actually harder to get in any trouble over Mushrooms around here too; I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by this, as they used to get all kindsa bent outta shape over just about everything.

You guys may recall there's actually a Seed Bank in Jackson Michigan, so, again, y'all can just move :)

At the moment it is the health and senior services department. And they have to give 24 hrs notice before inspection lol. I think I heard it was going to be moved under the agricultural department now...

I do have to say I'm glad this amendment got approved over the 2 BS state congress bills some corrupt guys tried to pass. #Ozark
