This is where experience and personal preference come into play... personally, I believe there are situations where plants continue to throw white hairs even though they are perfectly ready to harvest for my liking... on the forum I used to frequent I'd get flamed for that...
Now that being said, you posted a bunch of pictures of sugar leaves... you want to check the trichs on the nugs themselves... the trichs on the leaves turn amber much quicker than on the buds, especially in certain strains
Final bit of advice is just don't be scared to experiment... in the long run its up to you and what you like... harvest a side nug and dry it, smoke a little sample, see if you like it. All this stuff floating around the internet about harvest times are just guidelines.
Also, as something of an aside, I think the whole harvesting early for a buzzier high/later for a sleeper high is slightly overblown... it seems far more strain dependent to me. Harvesting too early/too late is more about how it impacts the quality to me... the flavor, the terps, the burn, the burnout, length of the high etc...
