How long did they sit out?Well that took much longer than expected, but I found the seeds! Since they sat dormant at room temp a bit they're going into the freezer for a week before anything else happens.
They were sitting out in some high Temps for a good few months at least, and have been through a freeze thaw cycle too. But I have good news, so far about 6 have popped, ones free of its helmet, a couple are curling their root around the shell though so that's problematic. I even cracked all the shells a bit to help them alone and so far it's slow going for some. But they did germ, so... Im happy. All 13 are in a 25 gallon cloth bag once they're about 20 inches tall they're being flipped to flower. How long did they sit out?
I forgot about my last batch of seeds. Let them sit out for a couple months. Generally no big deal, except the late heat waves after I took my ac down... temps got higher than ideal. Hit 90 a couple times, 80s alot
Just did a germ test and it's not looking good. I did consider some cold time might help but usually for me it's not necessary.
They are in the fridge now so I'll do another germ test later.
Funny story, I was there at the inception of that infographic with binchicken in the discord. Wasnt having issues with stubborn or old shells though, actually soil mites is what terrorized my run this go. I have another pack of seeds inbound to increase odds of finding a female. So far just boys.Try this for any hard to germ or older seed stock.

Yeah, moving out to the middle of nowhere doesn't help either, only one phone provider works out here and I have no internet provider. That big male is finally just starting to flower so I'm going to take some of his early pollen and then reveg to allow him to flourish with the others.Nice to see you back, it's been a day. Your plant looks good, it sure has the long narrow leaves
