A mysterious breeder known only as “Big Buddha” took a clone of Cheese and began crossing it with a very specific Afghani plant in order to create the strain known today as Big Buddha Cheese.

Cheese (also called UK Cheese or Exodus Cheese) is a famous clone-only strain that originated in England around 1989, reportedly from a pack of Sensi Seeds’ Skunk #1. An extremely potent and high-yielding plant with a pungent cheese-like odor, it was passed around the underground to various growers and breeders over the years until it became one of the most popular and ubiquitous strains in the UK. Best I can tell; UK Cheese, and Exodus Cheese, are the same strain from the same Skunk #1 Pheno found in the UK, and then, there's what appears to be 20 some odd names.... Cognitiva.... Sonsa bitches LOL. Surprised some asshole hasn't been like "Cookitiva" or something.... If I win the Lotto I'm going to England, tracking these people down, and having a chat; There's going to be ONE name for it.

Have you ever had UK or Exodus Cheese before ? I've "heard" that Exodus Cheese implies a cutting of the original Sensi Seeds Skunk #1 seedling, which, I guess would mean UK Cheese is seeds from that clone that were probably reversed ?

Oh shit you got GMO going !!! Hey bro you see how vigorous that is ??? Seriously mine is bag seed (If I could just order every seed.... LOL) but I LOVE GMO! I got a bunch of seeds from a dispensary ounce and ordered another hoping for more, which I got, and out of 3 plants I kept 2, which, then I had to toss one because it got rust mold and I'd already cloned the other anyway, and not only was it a REALLY easy cloner, the growth is nuts! Very nice vigorous growth, eats up nutes like a champ, and the smell Mine started out with straight up Garlic, and now, it just starting to get that "Onions cooked in a Cast Iron Skillet with Butter" smell added to the Garlic smell

Totally love that strain and don't think I've ever been to happy to get seeds in a sack haha.

I've had what was called both before. But I believe I have only had the real deal once. Back in 2010 I got some smoke that was called UK cheese. It literally tasted, smelled, and coated your mouth with straight cheddar ?, no earthiness, no kushiness, no chem, no funk, straight cheese. Hard dense nugs that would stinch the room out while still in your pocket.
All the others I've came across or grown has had some earthiness or hay, or fuel or something else with it. Not that time.
The closest thing I have smoked since then was Caps Mac n cheese. And trust me, I've smoked a bunch of "cheese" strains since and will continue to try every one I come across. I may have to go lookin for some again.

Yes sir, love me some garlic terps as well. The high is also wonderful so that makes it a no brainier in my garden. Just sucks it takes so damn long to finish lol. Yep shes a vigorous one for sure, and eats everything I've thrown at her as well ?.
Yours looks fantastic by the way bro??. Can't beat that with a stick especially from a bag seed.

Yeah I've been watching the GMO seedling and clones like "OK are they starting to flower yet ???" but so far nothing. which is fine; Way I'm looking at it, I can keep giving good veg nutes to them until they do start to flower and hopefully knock back the popcorn factory lower branches o it concentrates those efforts a bit

Legit is a goal lol. I've been trying to find every Cheese cross I can find out about and slowly add them to my Cheese thread. There's a lot of strains listed already but not anywhere near complete. I do have some good crosses, and I'm going to eventually add more of the well known ones, but my seed purchases that'll be for my Birthday and Christmas gifts I'm only getting like two Cheese strains cause I really want something from our community first. Amos has one coming I'm nabbing but there's not too many Cheese crosses from anyone else, but I'm still going for our members first.

The ones I grew out were a little fatter and had a real nice mix of both parents. A very funky blueberry earthiness nose with a taste to match.
