The strategy at the moment to to let nature do the selecting. Over time, we should have some lines that are guaranteed winners outdoors in the low desert.

My ultimate goal is to isolate the most incredible Cheese variety that's ever graced our earth, and through selection develop it's resilience and ability to endure the Sonoran climate while rotting into a pile of goop anywhere above the 40° parallel....

Seems like it'd be easier to just move here and grow whatever Cheese you like

I think there was a town called Gila Bend? I stopped for gas. When I went in my soles of my shoes got soft and melty on the short walk. I dunno how people live out there. I got to San Diego and I was sun burnt on my whole left side ?

Once it's like 80 degrees here I'm hot.... I can see me smelling like partially cooked meat in that lol.
