Exactly what I was gonna say. Could just be guttation with a high amount of anthocyanins (what causes the purple in cannabis) this giving it a bleeding look. I once topped a Nurple auto by Binary selections and it looked like it was bleeding.. but it was just the liquid in the stem and a very high amount of anthocyanin

Don't get me wrong; If I'd seen that I'd have been wondering what happened myself haha. I'm glad it's sorted, and, of course, I learned something new today
I've not personally seen the "looks to be bleeding" on a plant before, though I knew what caused coloration in leaves just never saw it appear quite like that.

I once found a pheno of White Cherry Truffle that grew like cabbage, with these crinkled leaves. Not sure how well you can see it in this pic. But I could not get this plant to flower. Everything else had shown sex, and was flipped to 12/12, but this one would not flip. I eventually tossed it out.

That's pretty interesting. Did you try any longer dark periods to see before tossing it? Man that really is bushy too lol.

No I didn't. I was pretty impatient with it. I had an F3 seed project to get started, and didn't want to mess with it. I gave it about 4 weeks under 12/12 before culling it. It smelled a lot like Chem 4.

Ohhhhhh that would be hard for me to toss lol. I've never had Chem 4 but every Chemdog I've had is generally a favorite.
I've honestly never seen a plant just refuse to flower like that.

I'm going to ruffle feathers by saying this, but I don't like that Chem 4 smell. It was in the Cherry Chem F2 that I grew too. I'm just not a fan.

Chem 4 is awesome...One of the all time greats! However we like what we like..The only smell I don't dig and I've caught it in a few strains is that old school men's cologne smell and leather..

But yeah bro don't worry about ruffling feathers, it's silly to assume that everyone in Earth somehow enjoys the smell of gasoline and BO dipped in sour milk. Not sure if any strains have that actual terpene profile but I'd be all over it haha.

To me, it smells like fuel and pine. It's got a real old school Affie smell. The Anesthesia I grew had some of that too. It also had the oily, wet feeling stems as well. I have heard people say that Chem 4 has some citrus notes too, but I don't smell it. I'm the guy that when I grew Cherry Chem F2 was like, where's the Cherry Pie at?What's it smell like? I'll be honest, I'm more of a fan of sweet smells. It doesn't have to be like ice cream, and dessert smells, but things like grape, cherry, berries are what I like. But I also like burnt rubber, black pepper, incense, citrus, hash, and other smells too. I'm just not big on fuely or piney weed.
I've smoked Cheese before, but it wasn't very cheesy. It was more of a fruity taste. Maybe it was an S1, I'm not sure. Would make sense if it were an S1, because of all the fruitiness in Skunk 1.

Ohhh! Pine and gas..... shit I need to find that lol. I do like Pine smells and enjoy the woods after a hard rain where you can smell Pine and soil out there, and gas I like too
Man sweet and peppery, that Black Lime Special Reserve F5 I ran this year was literally Lime and spicy pepper so I'm also totally into that too.
The only actual Cheese / UK / Exodus Cheese Ive ever had was a preroll from a dispensary which I'm almost certain had no buds in it and barely had any smell sadly. Dispensary weed can be incredibly dry to the point of dust when you grind it so I don't base opinion much on weed from there. The effects were great though.
Blue Cheese can get a nacho Cheese smell after a really long cure but I rarely have any left at that point lol. But generally it's not unlike a Blueberry Cheese Danish for me. I have loved every Cheesec and Chemdog cross I've ever had so I'm a huge fan.
