Suggestions for 3x3?

I had to go look at viparspectra.net - since you own the domain..... Damn - you weren't joking!!! ????
Honestly, I wish I could be more malicious. The lights work really nice except for the wiring issue. But you know, they kicked me out of the Viparspectra FB group for bringing it up. Never responded to my emails and told me my timer was defective on Amazon, where I got them.
I might change my mind for a sponsorship... j/k, fuck those guys.

FWIW, we plugged the light into three different houses, two which were built in the last 20 years. It does the same thing at each stop.
This is with "Astrophotography" mode because I couldn't get it with the normal shutter speed. There's a Spider Farmer SF4000 on the same timer right in front of those.

An easy way to see if it's wired wrong, or if it's just the phosphor having an afterglow. Does the glow go away after a few minutes? If so it's the phosphor holding energy like a glow in the dark sticker. If you un plug it does the glow go away immediately? If so it's in the wiring.
It's likely at the cord, but possibly at the boards where it's backwards. + & - mixed up.
Could diy your own lights to remedy it.
Easy enough with a few basic tools. Open er up and see what you see, especially where the power cord ties in to the drivers. Look at the colors of the wires to see if they match up, and look at where the wires plug into the board to check that too.
Take pics of its guts and we/I can help.

It's the wiring. The glow stays there until the light is unplugged. It's an easy fix but then I couldn't retain my animosity for Viparspectra.
One of these days when I become more tired of unplugging the lights than holding a grudge, I will fix them. It's really only an issue in bloom, most of the year hey are on 18/6-24/0 so it doesn't matter.
And yeah, the Blueberry Muffin that was under them started throwing nanners around week 4-5 about a week after I put the lights in. Nanners went away when I started unplugging them.

Growlights.ca sells board kits. It is pretty cheap compared to other places.

Free shipping after 90. And its in Canada...so CDN dollars.

I did have to get a piece of angle aluminum and i mounted the 2 boards with 2 strips. I use this in 3000 for my 32 x 32 (250 watts max) but if i were to buy it right now i would get the 3500

the 32 can make 8 to 12 oz with that setup.
