LED is very handy. I am using this as a flashlight more often than for optics. Single AAA battery.
Difficult, although not impossible to photo through.
I leave it on 60 most of the time.
I am on concrete, and have dropped her a few times. It has past the Jewels stress testing. For less than 20-30 bucks- cant go wrong.

lol i have this loupe and i HATE it with a passion. but clearly you are using it better than I did, i could not hardly get it to focus, let alone take photos through it.

i reccomend a lil 30x flip out one, no lights no nothing, big ol' lense easy to see

I do have this giant 4" one i bought on fleabay about 15 years ago. Its only a 10X but for its size at 10X its a pretty good view.
Ive never found them again,,,,of course.
Its made out of PVC pipe and a couple J box flange nuts, kinda home grown but still works the best of the bunch.
