Hey all. It has gotten really cold here, and my girls don't seem to be enjoying it.

I finally made the choice to harvest. I'm bummed, I think they need another 10 days. But it is, what it is.

I didn't take any pictures before I chopped.

I'll post some once I get them into jars.

If ya still have any up, you can put a bed sheet over them at night, that might help some.
Sometimes the cold actually helps the plant build up more CBGa in the trichomes as defence.
On the opposite side of that is weather, if it’s not going to warm up anytime soon, taking them down is probably best anyway, but you know it in your heart bro..
That said, Weather is totally different up here in Canada EH
Aaaannndd, I’m really fuckin stoned!…lol
Peace, pot and micro-dot brother!

Hey brother!

I took them all down last night. The bed sheet is a great idea.

I really tried to keep them up, but the weather took a 180 in 2 weeks.

I'm thinking Autos I will try for next outside grow. Photos need more time and my area doesn't seem to permit it.

Thank you for the assistance. I'll use this knowledge as I go forward with my grows.

I am no expert on outdoor grows but maybe look for cultivars that r from the far north. Weed can live through a lot if it's chucked for it.

Things sure we're looking good @tarheels2000 .

I'm betting you still will be enjoying the results of your efforts.

Definitely would be interesting to see how the autos do for you.

Just in seed shopping, I've seen a couple photoperiod candidates maybe for next year:

Vashon Early Bird there's also their Eki Bird

And maybe the COPA Project 25 ?

I would imagine there's others that fellow Phenohunters w/ experience could share info on.

Hey @UncleB thank you for the kind words. I definitely plan to enjoy the results of my hard work. I'll also be sharing with friends and family.

I got some @Photon Pharms autos that I am curious to try out next time.

Thank you for the recommandations!! COPAs Project 25 looks interesting.

Any and all recommendations from fellow Phenohunters would be welcomed.
