I just ran out if screws. Im gonna grab a rivet gun and a can of white eggshell spray paint. I got some white riveta from work.

Lookin good buddy, have you gotten a PAR sensor underneath to see what the spread is like?

Im working on it.
@Bustenbeans14 has a friend with an hlg specR 600w. He says these are right on "par" with them. The main design ive been using is 22" x 34"
They're perfect for a 4x4 veg and 3x3 flower.
Im sure 400 watts would flower a 4x4.

An average LED lighting system draws about 32 watts to serve 1 square foot of grow space. The wattage in a grow room could be amplified up to a maximum of 50 watts per square foot. Going beyond that amount would create a too strong indoor plant light intensity, which could stunt the growth of your plants.

Yup they can push an average of 1100 PAR at 345 watt's I run them softer like 250 and hit 750/800 average over the lights foot print also it's the Apogee 500 so I know the numbers are correct. @Rocman91 came over and helped get these strip to where they need to be Ppfd wise.

I can say the strips are awesome I use the same strips with great results if your in need of a light definitely hit @TerpyTyrone up for a light they are the best bang for your buck for sure View attachment 74674 View attachment 74675 View attachment 74676 View attachment 74677 View attachment 74679 View attachment 74678
Thanks brother!
I really do enjoy building lights. If I could do what Peter does for a living, I would.
These are the future.
They are building a polytexhnic university by me, Cree, and a chip plant for manufacturing. Its a 1B$ project. 500 acre site.
They are gonna be teachung our youth how to make, build, and program these chips
Oh and my state went legal, so I can openly advertise my lights and consultation services.

My 240 watt 54v HLG Qb96 is shining on my bench as I use rivets on my latest lighr build. I took my brother @JL2G's advice. The difference between this method and the self tapping screws is definitely noticeable! View attachment 77811 View attachment 77812 View attachment 77813 View attachment 77814
Looking nice and clean, sweet progress mang.
Love seeing where your headed with this. Good shit for sure. Love the LED tech, one of these days I may get back into building a few more. Lol. I'll just watch and admire for now. ???

I was gonna do an all white one. But we're doing tens and Saturday's. These are for a show this Sunday. I'm hoping there big some LED enthusiasts that have to have em, and possibly some leads pn future builds in my area.

I did 4 2700k strips and 4 2700k w added reds. I staggered them to ensure even red spread.

I can't wait to try @Bustenbeans14 and @Rocman91 ice cream cake pheno , oh Ang @High kev philosopher shrooms haha
