The 12 Days of Kushmas with Wikileaf

Kelly Graham

‘Tis the season! Cue the twinkling lights, hot cocoa by the fireplace, warm and of course, our favorite kind of tree: weed.

Cannabis is not only a festive treat, but it can also help lighten the mood for what can be a stressful time of year. With everything that 2020 has thrown at us, you deserve to unwind and treat yourself to some herbal enhancements — so why not try a different cannabis strain every day?

In this ultra-special holiday guide, Wikileaf has put together a content advent calendar where each day will unlock with a new strain. Come back each day to see which strain we recommend.

Day 1 – Blue Dream

Get in the spirit with the ultimate crowd-favorite, Blue Dream: it’s the hybrid that both Indica and Sativa lovers all agree on. Break out this cross between Blueberry and Haze at your intimate holiday party and everyone will think you got them a special present. Its light berry taste and calm yet euphoric effects are the perfect way to bring in some holiday cheer.

Day 2 – GSC

While it’s not exactly gingerbread cookies, GSC will hit your green tooth every time. This satisfying hybrid of OG Kush (who also made our holiday list) and Durban Poison has a sweet and earthy aroma with effects that will leave you feeling merry and bright. If that doesn’t sound like Kushmas, we don’t know what does.

Day 3 – Green Ribbon

Wrap this strain up with a pretty bow, and you’ve got yourself the perfect holiday present for that special stoner in your life (which can also be yourself, duh). Green Ribbon’s light green buds are reminiscent of a snow-covered pine tree while its subtle floral scent with fruity undertones reminds us of lazy summers — and feels like one too. Generally high in THC, patients report an energetic, heady feeling that will have your senses prancing and dancing.

Tomorrow’s strain…

Revisit tomorrow after 9:00 AM PST for the unveiling of the next strain of Kushmas! Have you tried any of our picks yet? Tell us what you think about them in the comments below!
