Yeah, really happy with the selection this year. Made Chiltomate with the paper lantern Habanero the other day, which is a salsa where you char the tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic than blend them and it was pretty killer. The Habaneros are so fruity when roasted it tasted like it had Mango in it!All kinds of good shit in that bowl GMC. Looks fantastic. ?

We did a relleno casserole that was really good. I have enough left of these and some Anaheins to make some chilled VerdeMore info on the lemon drops please!
Also, some great looking poblanos! Mine are still filling in but I'm hoping for some chile rellenos soon
Those sound wonderful. The wrinkles made me think of a habenero right away! Gonna have to try and find some seeds for next seasonWe did a relleno casserole that was really good. I have enough left of these and some Anaheins to make some chilled Verde
The lemon drop is a Peruvian hot pepper. It hits about the same as a Habenro on the Scoville scale. I find it a different flavor profile that lingers less. The heat starts in the back of your mouth and moves forward across your tongue. Very quick and sharp heat. I like it.
This makes me feel better, my Tabasco are pretty much at the same stage. I'm inundated with other chiles but I'm just starting to see a couple of these ripenFirst (almost) ripe Tobasco pepper

Summer here (California gold country) is high heat & low humidity so the peppers pack on a little heat tabasco does very well here peppers & even weed strains behavior is very much affected by your outdoor climate I've found this to be true even growing indoorsI did try it.
