Alright, just thinking out loud here... I need to get this new tent running. Just ordered a new AC Infinity fan for it. I was trying to finagle a way to not need too but it's just not working out.

So the only question is what goes where... and here's my thoughts... would love some input, positive or otherwise

4x4x6 - obviously this is my primary flower tent. Thinking 2x 315 CMH here. Currently pretty happy with the CMH and LED combo I currently have going though

3x3x6 - thinking this will be my project tent. Full cycle phenohunting, testing and chucking. 2x SF2000 LEDs because they have the best spectrum mix for a full grow cycle

2x4x5 - veg tent. 280w DIY LED.... this is really my biggest debate, because it's hard to keep a good temp in here with the LED in the winter, its in a separate room from the other tents, so I'm considering going with a 315cmh in here and keeping the 280 in the 4x4, which is my current setup. The 280 is a better spectrum for veg though. Could also do a 315 in the 3x3 and both SF2000s in here since the new one is dimmable... or stick with a SF2000 and HLG65 in here and put the new SF2000 in the 32x32....too many options

32x32x64 - quarantine tent/overflow flower tent, 315CMH

Clone tent - retired for now. I'm using an open rack with my T5 for my cuttings and seedlings right now and prefer it.
I almost have the same tents as you. Looks like u have everything figured out. When my temps get low I have a clip light w a 50 watt heat lamp from when I had bearded dragons. I clip it near a fan so it blows the heat down . And I go to 23 and one so the girls only have to stick it out for an hour in the cold .

I thought about a heat lamp but was worried about a fire... are reptile ones safer than chicken ones haha? I always wanted a bearded dragon too... had an iguana for a while when I was a kid, loved that thing

I already do the longer light hours but the tent still never gets above the low 70s and I start getting calmag deficiencies in the winter, I'd love to avoid it this year

@SCJedi expecting some interesting colors from this Nigerian Sunshine #2 x Goji OG.... already getting purple calyxs. I'm real excited for this one, stem rub smells like... and I mean this in the best way possible.... like the perfume old lady's buy at Macy's ... incense and a touch of something fruity, makes my eyes water a little... 20201017_162018.jpg 20201017_160224.jpg

This little heater is very economical to run. Just a thought. heat bud 001.JPG

So little disappointed, the PCG Saltwater OG Auto didn't crack... just tossed it and dropped another. Only got 3 seeds so hopefully this one works. My Panama Goo did crack but it did that thing where the tap root comes out but then just stops and never grows so I tossed it and dropped a new one as well. Also added my new Archive Crazy Hazy to the mix

Here's everything that did make it...

Also, Hippy Slayer seems to be well established now...

20201017_223054.jpg 20201017_223047.jpg

I found some thrips on her so glad she was quarantined (thanks for the tip @HydroRed), I just got rid of them in the veg tent, don't need to deal with that again... quick spinosad treatment seems to have them knocked out. Her big fan leaves were in rough shape so I took them off but she seems unfazed

First ever attempt at single branch pollination pollination... hit one of the White Tigers with @Buck5050 GG75 pollen... not sure if I used enough but I guess we shall see!

The WT I chose is my first pheno... it's been by far the more vigorous of the two and has a dope lemon and lavender nose to her. If this works out should be a fun cross to play with 20201018_184231.jpg

I'd call it halfsharktigerhalfgorrilla

Just a couple of tips, if I may. And let me preface this by saying that there are countless ways to pollinate, with all of them having pros and cons. You do wonderful things with your plants, so please feel free to tell me to fuck right off.

1. Use a twist tie to secure the bag to the branch. I know how it feels (especially when you might be risking accidental pollination of other plants that are close by) to fight with trying to secure a bag full of pollen to a branch and twist ties make it so you can almost do it with just one hand.

2. Just personal preference, but I utilize paper bags for branch pollination. This will allow the branch to "breathe" a little bit.

3. Pollination should occur whenever the pollen granule meets the stigma of the pistil, but I prefer to leave the bag on for ~12 hours and smack the bag around a little bit every time I pass the branch as I am working in the garden. This part might help distribution of pollen, but it is also just a fun, sadistic game that I play with my plants haha.

All in all, just have fun with it brother. After all, creation of new life is a beautiful thing. Positive vibes...

Thank you for the tips my friend! Funny enough I meant to use a twist tie here and couldn't find one anywhere in my house.... until after I had tied it up with some hemp twine lol... fortunately I have a lot of experience with tieing knots from installing athletic netting so it was actually pretty quick and painless this way as well, it just requires a little preparation so you can cinch it real quick one handed...

I left the bag on for 12 hours as well per Bucks advice so I think we're all largely on the same page. I do wish I had used a slightly larger bag and Ill definitely try the paper bag as well next time just to see which I prefer.... might help with the static electricity as well, I could see the pollen sticking to the plastic haha

A little goes a long way and you could bag another branch if you feel you need to. I definitely remember having the same thought originally when I started fiddling with branch breeding and was shocked when a few dozen beans broke out. You're on your way, my friend. (y)
This is good to hear... I didn't want to go too heavy because this is really just a trial run, but once the bag was on it seemed like so little haha... even just a dozen beans would be great for this attempt, give me a fun cross to play with

I thought it was some fairly fancy knot work there @Gentlemancorpse ;)
