Friday Oct 23...it was a rainy day in pizzaville...
The thrips are not thriving that is for sure...the assault is working. Thrips have a 30 day life cycle so i will know in about a month. Sticky traps all over the place...i am afraid to water my garden i am going to get stuck to everything !....but very few thrips are stuck to the traps. In the 3 tents overnight there might be 2 or 3 on each trap.
The nemotoads are hatching....oh the thrips are going to get it.
I got a fat sack of pool filter sand...ah ha !!! Last bag of it too. Its pricy but super fine.....i will put that shit on everything too.
My plants in veg are looking better. I think they like soap spray and peroxide !!! Well the girls always love peroxide. It oxyginates roots !!

32 special tent...we are on day 36. 5 weeks down...4 to 5 to go and i will mature them nice for hash. The resin heads look really nice under magnification and i think its going to fill some hash bags. The terps and aroma are building

This is the Heisentester tent. So far so good on these. This tent had 2 thrips on a trap...all 3 pots are nemotoaded up now so suck it thrips.

Tent is powered by a Meijiu 240 watt board (Samsung 3k chips with 660 far reds...The first gen fancy boards. Day 35 of 11/13
5 footer tent be is a run of Heathens Godbud F6 IBL. 7 for 7 popped and i culled the puniest. These 6 are going until i can sex them then i will flip them in the tent, Currently powered by a QB120 in 3500. i will post when they get moving.
Veg is lushing out some beasts...we are in a groove again.

Bloom is a holding 80F and 50 RH....the dehuey is holding 1/3 to 1/2 gallon per day...things are calming down.
GodStomper looking good. I got the spray in before the buds formed so we are good to go. Nemotoads are hatching....suck it thrips.
I checked the records and GG4 X GMT we are on day 56 today...getting really close now And a twinkle tart at day 51..
I chopped this GG4 X GMT at day 56 there are 10% ambers and the buds are hard like a bat. Its in the dryer so i can taste it in 3 days
After these get harvested out the yields should start climbing again. But they are probably in the 45 to 60 gram range in 1 gallon pots and that is not too shabby. Smells great...its going to be a winner.

Found a fat sack of boomers...somehow.. having done this once or twice i weighed out 2 little ones 1.1 grams. 3 AM.....So those are STRONG.
Cleaned my rooms and the basement, made 14 gallons of potting soil, defoliated a bunch up potted a bunch and man it sure gets shit done if you can focus...
And i took time to watch the 4 am sky, windy scatter clouds with a crisp clear sky, shooting stars and Mars and the Andromeda just a splash of ligh over t 2 million light years away....breathe in the expansiveness of it all.
Shaman training shall resume....
I am looking at these Purple Dream...reading the label...why are they so ripe so fast...then i remembered.
Cut from a mature plant...this clone was vegged a long time waiting for space..it was heavily gnatted up and brought her back...thought she was dying off but....56 days could do it for a clone of purple dream.
I cant wait for the space to clear so i can do the back of the garden better.
Might be time to make some breakfast....today is a great day to be alive.

I was checking out a bud of the Rock Island Rocket...a bud was looking a little off so i squeezed it...
WOW is that a smell.
CHEM!!!! with a citrus back note....and that smell is that weird thing in the Heathen's Hammers. its like CUMIN but kicked up a lot. Makes your nose wrinkle a bit.
So thats at week 5....turn up the filters this shit is going to be smelly.

I found my rolling tray was way to small so i got a tv tray. I think i just fill the real estate regardless...like the bloom room
Adub, GG4 X GMT, Twinkle Tarts and Heathens Hammers on deck...Hash rosin and a hunk of hash.
This is where the magic happens.
Rock Island Rocket....pistols changing. Thrips were in here but not very many. we can FINISH IT !!!! Its going into hash anyway and i will probably have to make some hash rosin out of it... @LittleDabbie was on to something with these dabs !!!

No more flyers...i dont see any bugs on the stickies that are new....looking good.
in 30 days half the bloom room is harvested out...2/3 maybe. Then i am going total cleanup. Today is day 6 of nemotoad hatching. They are feasting.
The thrips are all dead on the leaves...i sprayed em real good again today (all things veg). The bloom room....i think i am going to bloom it all out and not introduce any new plants for a complete clean and reset.
I have to scope out the seedlings too...
I will consider getting an adult eating predator for bloom to see if that can just fix the problem...25 bucks for enough for 500 square feet and that will cover everything a couple times over.
Whilst looking around online i found this awesome website....i will have to make a tea and see how that goes.

The thrips are bad though...bad. Feasting little fuckers....i have a call in to the bug lady i will fedex that shit ! i was going to cull it all but now they went and pissed me off. Its go time. I can everclear the shit out of everything lets GO....
Another day another ride... And this one is very pleasant and groovy. When it chills out i will go do my final landscaping of the year part 1.
I still have roses and a few cherry tomatoes i leave for the gold finches who are really liking them.
Yesterday i saw an eagle fighting the wind over the house...man what a predator...the other birds got out of dodge in a hurry...its how i knew the raptor was coming... Got to watch him a while...or a minute. Time gets a little screwy when your trippin...
What i find is you are more receptive to noticing nature...
I noticed yesterday that the tree i watched in the night while i breathed the expanse of the universe shed almost every leaf that night..
Crazy...i would have missed it and not given a shit but...it was a memory that will linger. the tree dies and comes back...dont let life keep you down !
The after effects that linger...give me peace.
It offsets the bullshit thrip invaders....ok back to breathing peace.

The bug lady said make traps with water....couple drops of dish soap (surface tension breaker so the little pricks can't stay on top of the water and DROWN) and vanilla. I used the real good stuff too.
While i was getting the stuff ready i saw an autopot base....and they hold an 6 x 8 yellow sticky perfect....and have a space for their pool of doom.
