And the beat goes on.....yeah, the beat goes on! Loved that song as a kid!
Ok, my Jaws/Hawaiian Bud are 4 plants . SOOO excited for these!
His Fruity Pebbles OG F4's started flower today . My first ever running FPOG of any kind.
I also tossed in there, a Frosted Cheek S1, found a few seeds when I grew out some of Cap's gear.
Tossed in a TropicannaCookies x Herijuana x Cherry West BC clone ~nugzz work. I also pulled 3 of 4 flowering ladies, from their happy place, to the dark,
My Celia bx1's are in beast mode now, that post above, was their first food. I'll be topping them, today or tomorrow, and starting 3 more seeds.
I think syrup made some amazing beans, but we'll see.

In another flower area, I have a pair of sincityjuice plants, that I'm loving on also. One went to the sky, and one is more a hobbit sized plant, but BOTH look ferociously delicious! They are gorgeous, stacked ladies!! Snapped a few as their sun set.

Some snaps of ~nugzz's, TropicannaCoolies x herijuana x Cherry West BC, cut flowers.
Tremendous nose, very gassy, terpey, stinky, very sticky, and becomeing (very slowly) hard nugs.

They each have their own taste, it's a rainbow, of flavors.
1st is more key lime pie/or shaving cream. Wife loves this one! But once we get to half a joint, she's a bobble head. Wanting some time to finish it, LOL!
2nd, more a cherry lime pie, with some rubber floating in there. This one will also whack you right out, my cousin, tapped out half way down the bone. He did stay a while, as he felt driving was to hard right then, LOL! He called it a creeper buzz.
3rd, my fav, flat out burning rubber, with a cherry hint. The taste is so great, you cannot put it down, and you will be a bobble head!
Nice long deep stone to her, I will not share her with pilgrims. I got plenty of weed for them, this one is for my 60+ year old heads.
I took some back in the mountains, and dazed them boys!!
Smacked the piss out of them...got me some big barter favors coming, from those hillbillies, as I gave them cuttings!!

Well damn, I hate to be a turbo poster. I am thrilled to be one step away from flowering out Celia bx1!!
I moved all of my Dog Patch (~nugzz) plants, into the flower area, and moved the deep into flowering plants, off to the side, of that area for now.
Those plants are very close to the chop, a pair of SinCityJuice plants. These have ski slope leaf, just snow covered, and stunning!
A small UBC Chemo x M-39, she's and oddity, and has not earned a second run, but I did hedge my bet and copied it LOL.
My last Tropicanna Cookies x Herijuana x Cherry West bc that was the second half the gripe ~nugzz allowed me to test for his projects.
I got to Thank him for that trust .

The ladies are about a month into flower now. My ppm's are in the 700-800 range. I know I could be pouring more food and boosters into them, and once upon a time, I ran in the 1800-2000 range, and grew out huge buds, and a lot of them. However, the harsh, effect on my throat, and the percessant coughing, got real old.

After scoping everyone in the middle flower area, the Dog Patch and a clone from TropicannaCookies x herijuana x CherryWestbc from IllEagleBirdseed. The Dog Patch is the first plant of that gripe of beans that is on the the chopping block, as of last night.
I have the others in the next flower area, about a month or so behind these 2.
DP is unknown to me, the other, a very potent plant indeed.

Dang, it's been a minute since my last up date.
One of the downsides to using the dish pan saucers, I do not have to look in an area, for a week or so, knowing they are not wilting.
That time, is needed to keep everything a perpetual grow cycle needs to be a wheel.
We all know you got to plan your steps, germination of new strains, early veg time, sex determination time, transition time, flower time, drying culled plant matter time, trimming, cure time. Each step, demands time.
So while not looking into my center flower area, where 3- Jaws Hawaiian Bud's, 2- Fruity Pebbles OG F4, a single Frosted Cheeks S1 was still cooking.
I had the other plants being processed, as these needed more time.
Sometime, right after I left that area, I had a fan failure. My humidity, was a touch high, and when I came back in while scoping bud, found a wee speck of mold, and decided to cull the all plants.
Many folks would have cut these as I was already very close to what I prefer to see in my loupe, but I just had to push them!
After trimming them, the mold had NOT run, nor bloomed nearly as bad as I had thought. I maybe lost 4-6 grams, in the thickest cola on 1 plant.

I answered a call for testers, from Comacus, to run some Puck Lights. He sent me a grip, and I completely ruined them! I was so ashamed to tell him, and in his thread, about my disaster. I've still not quite put my finger on that mistake, but Comacus, did not go off on me, and sent me another gripe, and some most kind suggestions.
The next six PL beans, jumped out of the shells, almost like I knew what I was doing. They are rolling forward.
Running some Cannavore Slush Puppy x Dirty Sanchez , and Pirate Sweat x nownlater x GMO waltz.
All those beans are just single or double points, so nothing to really see.

I got to say, we are LOVING, our first sampling of @jaws, Hawaiian Bud strain.
We sampled for wake n bake, as I was snipping dried bud from the stalk, that morning.
First it leaves the *soapy* feeling on my fingers as I twist one up.
Love the soapy, or greasy bud feel myself, it is always something good!
The buds lean to being a touch airy, and were very decent in size.
Her scents are lovely, and to my nose, more flowery over a terpy gassy strain, very pleasant, just fine bud!
From the first inhale, as you fill your lungs, the taste is just pure delite, the buzz starts very fast, and is VERY uplifting, and it just is a long lasting stone to her.
Brightness, warm good feeling, very upbeat, with no rushing like some Sativa's can do to us.
She gave up lots for great buds to pack away, so they are very generous plants, IMHO anyway.
I now see the HB is reduced in price, so I'm grabbing another gripe, to have for later on.
I really think, some great medication may lurk in there also, so it's not just for silly stoners like myself, LOL!
Some will go to capsules, to see if that super nice buzz follows, then add some shroom bits also.
Super fine cultivar, very enriching with that very Ire Feeling,
We feel blessed to have this strain in our hoard!!

very glad to hear your liking that one, it's not for every one that's for-sure but when grow out completely and proper she can be a special plant for those who seek what she offers.

JAWS GENETICS will hopefully in the near future begin to bring in some sativa strains and hybrids that i have never grown before, not a sat grower for many reasons but i do fill that JAWS GENETICS is for-sure missing a lane by not offering at least a few more over sat strains for the customer{s}. not going to say what those might be but if i can acquire the seeds and then grow them properly there could be some really amazing things being made in the LAB OF JAWS.

thank you for your time ang grow space brother ..

The Celia Bx1 C donar plant. I cut a lot of plants during a year for a small personal grower, her is most sticky plant I have right now. It's like getting Tangle Trap on my skin when I stop the ants from getting a hummingbird feeder. Her scent, is very potent, a strong Plumeria smell, or a kin to Nag Champa since they may use frangipani to make incense. My wife, was working a puzzle, when i got back from scoping Celai, I did not realize just how strong the scent was, on my hands an forearms, as she looked over, and said, what in the world is that heavenly scent? It's so sexy smelling, I'd wear that scent!

I've been crazy mad puffing Hawaiian Bud and Celia Bx 1.
We are both head over heels in love with HB, she is amazing, heady, laid back, perma smile, and a nice long stone!
Celia Bx1 is bit more punch to the head, but her terps and scents just captivates all she encounters, from the youngsters and tp the old goat heads like me!!
She did loose the intense frangipani scent or some call it Nag Champa scent, while it was in deep flower and early drying stage, when it was very potent!
I started rolling out joints half and half, of them, and WOW!! Talk about going back in time, when all the great exotics were around! A very unique taste, long ass buzz, and would challenge all who was vertical.
So I GOT LOTS MORE GROWING OUT!!
I'm testing Puck Lights for Comacus, and so excited to be part of that.
Running some Cannavore , slush puppy, dirty Sanchez x pirate sweat.

Well now, I think I finally fell into the rabbit hole that may devour me!
I started to read up on bokashi buckets, or fermenting plants for their juices, to grow my favs.
That lead me to worm bins, and keeping some worms indoor, in my basement.
However, like most things I tackle, I have my own needs to tailor those systems to me needs.
One of my biggest needs are getting medium to my grow areas, and them once spent, back out again.
I started this grow down there, in my late 40's, well I'm now 67, and I look at the steps as a *poor mans workout, LOL!*
So, I've given the boot to heavy items, bags of soil, the fuckers just do not roll down steps! BUT a bale of ProMix, I can roll it from the PU to indoors and down the steps easy peasey, well at night time I do that type of stuff.
A few block of Coco Husks, keeps me going for a while, I really love that stuff as a medium.
Then a giant bag of large chunk of perlite and that shit loves to roll! So then, and I'm a happy clam for 4-6 months or more of perpetual cycling of plants.
So, I got to thinking, is there a way to use my 3 gallon pots, as bokashi containers, but since I have a wee mind, and did not come up with anything, I made 2 buckets so far, and they are cooking now.
I also made rice wash LAB's, bought a big bag of wheat bran, to be inoculated with LAB's.
I also started a single worm bin, about a week or so now. They seem very *wiggly* that for now, I'll call them happy! So, I want to remove some and start a few smaller wormeries, and rake in some EWC's, like the Roz has done, (love your worm work) with his castings pile.
I know I should have asked someone if coco husks would be OK for adding as a portion of bedding for my worm bins.
So I use a portion of shredded card board/paper, to a portion of fine coco coir, then a portion of husks, to a field dress of a few droplets of water.
I added some forest humus, then some of Jims Worm food. I bought a pound of it, but they seem to love the rotted squash far better!!
I know I'll fail along the way someway, but if I can really get by with my Down To Earth goodies, Dr. Earth Compost starter (bokashi buckets) as my total food source, and my medium is spent worm bin medium, and the bokashi juice and matter, will become food and medium.
My final step, go buy an electric wood chipper, from Harbor Freight, then after the stalks and trim branches yellow out, chip them for medium use.
That is my whacky plan, and it's sort of lumbering forward, and maybe by next summer, I'll be happy faced mofo, or screaming in a stinking dark corner down there.

Dang Folks, it's been a minute.
Made up a batch of worm bedding the other day, now it's * resting * for a while, before I use it.
I'm still going forward with my mini worm tote project. I had purchased a 1000 wrigglers, and the tote still appears to be full of them, when I work my fingers into the bed.
With the last of my first batch of bedding, my plan is to add maybe a hundred or so worms to each small dish pan.
11 13 2023 001 worm bin medium building.JPG
I placed all the ingredients in my tote first, so I do not make more than the tote will hold. Yeah, I'm that kind of stupid at times.
Once on a trap, I mix it, wet it, spraying LAB's, to aid the break down of the kelp/alfalfa/oyster meal/ and the compost I dug out of my outdoor bin.
I also add some humus, coco coir/coco husks/rock dust (just from our local quarry) I did add some bat guano, as it was all I had.
I'm thinking of trapping some rabbits, cage them up, for a while, collect their poop, and either eat them, or turn the loose. Or raise a few chickens, not sure which I'll do, yet.
11 13 2023 005 worm bin medium building.JPG
I use that old inner bucket, from when I built and ran (2 years) a full blown Krusty Bucket system, back in early 2000 over on the original OverGrow.
Now that bucket helps me wash the coco husks, before I use it as part of my medium mix. It's also a fantastic gnat filter, as a mulch top in my containers.
Worms seem to coast right through it, so far.

I cut the Slush Puppies from Cannavore, then Pirate Sweat will comes down tonight.
8Tth avenue genetics, Puck Lights are down and drying out also. And, the second half of that gripe of tester beans plants, are in a flower area now also.
I'll be starting some ESB from FDM, as it was an OT1 a Nigerian Skunk, I think.
My worm Bin I started on 10/3/ 2023, is now just castings. Those wee wonders chewed through coco husks, paper bits, cardboard bits, and about 75-80% of our kitchen scraps.
I had some small dish pans from a faded dream, filling 7 with medium and worms from the main tote. I tried to add approminatly 100+ to each bin.
last evening after small sifting the entire first tote, I had so MANY wigglers, I started another big tote, as I had enough medium ready to use.
My sifting way is sucking real bad, so I'll make something else until next worm harvest, in February, with some luck.
