I have dealt with these guys quite often. I normally have good things to say about them. But that time is done.....finito.
I have been sending people their way for a couple years now. I don't have a site, no affiliate links, nothing like that. Just sending people their way.
Well, now it's time to get truthful. F**k these guys. F**k them in their stupid a$$e$.
They are very nice. Very pleasant people. For the most part, easy to deal with.
But f**k me if they can't process a single order of mine without f**king it up. Every. Single. Time. Without fail.
And there's always an excuse. New employee. BREXIT. COVID. Severe weather in Spain.
I try to be patient, but inevitably it ends up in this goofy scenario of playing email tag with someone on the complete opposite day-night schedule to yourself (if you live in North America). The delays seem to always work out that my plans for these new strains I order now get delayed, and I'm waiting months now to get them in my tents.
Then when you bring it up to them, they take offense. "This is not a true representation of blah blah blah......"
"Yes it is f**khead. It's literally what I go thru EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER. So either it's happening way more than you want to admit, or you're targetting me, or I just happen to be your most unlucky customer"
I had to threaten getting ahold of Visa and cancelling the order, then suddenly "BLAM", there's my tracking info, what I've been waiting for. Was that so f**king hard?
I will never recommend these guys again and I encourage others to stay away. If you want to take your chances with a bunch of inept, but really SUPER nice guys, then fly at it, but I am willing to bet most people don't want this to deal with this type of BS.
I'd almost rather deal with a$$hole$, because at least they don't suck you into one more purchase because they are so pleasant. You move on and wash your hands of them. Well. Now that's what I am doing with The Vault.
