Thank you. I just placed a pretty nice order last night. It is so hard going on a seed bank website to choose strains. I have an idea of what I want but then I see pictures and it is a wrap. I start adding left and right. Then notice I never added what I originally went for.

Thank you. Not much happening yet but hopefully with some luck the grow gods will bless me with a perfect germination rate. I usually lose a lot trying but my attempts are getting better.

I have to walk away from Instagram. That place is evil. Well not really but when I am on there scrolling its just mouth watering I want I want I want pictures. I am actually happy that we got a clone dispense coming to our area with top notch breeders.

Questions for some hydroponics growers.

In RDWC, if the roots start to clog my lines to the buckets, can I cut them or is this not recommended? If no to cutting, what is an acceptable method of prevention? I noticed this is a common concern in rdwc grows.

I will be using 1 inch lines. I can always make them bigger if needed.

I’ve never run 1” lines, but the tendency to clog could be greater?
Mine are 2” lines and 8 gallon buckets and I’m not very good, so a non issue for me!
I run a 950 gph pump water, so lots of volume. Whether it matters?

Maybe I should bump it up to 2 inch lines. I was going to use PVC pipe instead but assumed it was overkill. What size res bucket do you use?

I have a modified UC system with 8 gallon buckets. They have drain-out, which I highly recommend.
The 1” lines would work good for that.

Seed drop will be today. I added the Platinum Gorilla freebie into the mix as well. So instead 3-4 per pack, I will be doing 2-3 per pack. 1 in RDWC and 1 in coco.

Welcome @DrTheenGrumb. Nice lineup you got there, and I like how you are trying your hand at RDWC. I've had several runs with a DIY undercurrent system. 1 inch line is too small. I run 1-1/2" and haven't had too many problems yet. I have to sideline the RDWC for a while due to other projects but I really loved that system, it is so LIVE and fun to watch. Monstrous plants. You are fine with cutting the roots if needed. If you need some visuals, I have several of the RDWC that I built for my last run in my journal. It wasn't the greatest run due to unforeseen circumstances, but the setup and whatnot should give you some ideas or inspiration on how it all runs.

Same here if I didn't have gg I'd a popped em a while ago. But god dam x plat! This will be epic. I was interested in all these actually that u are popping so hell yeah!
