Question Time of day to apply pollen

So just a simple question to which I seek a quick answer. I know pollen is applied to a plant normally in isolation, in darkness with no fans running. But in my case, I want to pollenate an entire tent full of females with a single strain of pollen. Is it perfectly ok to apply the pollen early in the plants' light schedule?

I dont think it really matters? I'd say yes, at the beginning, cause you probably want lower humidity. Just my speculation.

That sounds right I just don't want the light to decrease viability somehow.
