Haven’t been on much as of late.
But shits still happening.
Graft Mother’s is what I have been working on, along with a little nat control.
DBD403E0-7F75-4AE2-B49E-4C778BAEC61E.png
Its working quite well. Ive had one not take out of about about 15. Have 3 going.
Its almost like cloning.
I cut the top part to a flat point. 1/4 to 3/8 long taper.
Split the bottom the same length. Apply some fresh allow to both.
Slide the top into the bottom and wrap with thread tape. The tape is the hard part. Very fiddly.
I then bag with a pre moistened sany ziplock bag. I slit the bag 1/4" on the edge at the end of the zip. Thats the hole for the stem, so the zip is vertical. I keep this hole below the graft point so if water drips it goes down and out and not into the wound.
Leave it on for a week or so, untill you can see the cut maintaining its own humidity. Im thinking this means nutrients and water are moving up into the cut and humidity can be reduced. I open the zip but leave the bag on for a few days. Then remove.
This is a great way of keeping many different strains on one plant. Plant counts suck.
This may be an excellent way of flowering multiple strains as well.
Or it you have a great strain but the root system is lacking, graft it onto one with a superioir root stock.
Ill be running al least one in the greenhouse next summer that has a few different strains on one plant.

If your havimg nat problems, I should mention my container.
These are 1L containers. With a lid.
I cut a hole in the lid and lay polly wool down before i put the lid on. Nats hate it. They cant crawl through it so that prevents them from getting in the top. The bottom i drill a few holes inside if the bottom lip. I use white styrofoam as my shelf with a gutter routed out 1/2" in from the edge, to take care of run off. Nice and flat. So that keps the nats out of the bottom. I also spray the wool with teetree oil every so often. Nats hate it to.

Little off topic.....my 78 vett project.
Did a ground up on the frame. All new bushings sand blasted and repainted all parts. Repaired axle play in rear diff. Rebuilt trans. Now time for paint and body.
Going with corvette rally red. Almost same red as it was. Maybe a little more orange in it.
Not much body work to do. Mostly grind the odd crack out fibreglass and fill. Front bumper repair.
Even setting up a portable..... well roll up paint booth LOL.
Purchased a used MSA breathing air system so I don’t have to inhale isocyanates. Fun stuff.

Forgot to mention. I made a curing box. I lined a clothes dryer cardboard box with plastic. Made a door and run a vent fan via a himidistat. Have set to 60%. Have a hole and flap in bottom for air in. Vent fan and charcoal filter on top for air out. Couple of small PC fans inside to get some convection currents going. First test run. I have 5% set for on/off gap. Looks like its gojng to control nice.

Little different in the GH this year.
Heisen comp plants a dub animal cookies just about done

Mega crop 2 part equal parts 400ppm rain water no ph adjustment coco flood and reuse. I think next year I’ll do all the gh this way easy peazy. The sat dom is very fruity. The 2 indica dom have fruit hemp hash twang. Al real nice. No pruning just pulle a few fans to open up for light. They are slowing down ppm starting to climb a bit. The sat. Dom is holding out still throwing pistols.

GG4 cut photo.
GMO cut photo.
OSHP Black lights.photo Shwaggy
Eskimo auto 3 girls.
All crossed some of the cuts are just one branch per boy.
Currently trying to reverse GG4 see if I can cross it to cookies and chem.
Some branches are pretty small but should produce a few beans. Think this was a GMO lower. A65AFAE1-7D45-4DD4-AFA3-930AE4756B51.jpeg

Been busy. Too many hobby’s.?
I’m testing my abilities this winter.
Casting and machining pistons for an old Wisconsin motor. Prices are retarded for new ones.

Damn, youve got some serious in depth hobbies. Lol.
Been there, not making pistons, but have made many a part/tool for a job when I couldn't get the real thing in hand.
What's that motor gonna end up powering? Some kind of equipment I'm assuming? Or some old hot rod?
Now I'm all curious. Lol

I have a 1984 Chevy short box restoration on the go. It’s apart LOL this little v4 powers an air compressor. Going to do a little sand blasting on the frame and underbody if I can get it running.

Thes little v4s we’re used on swathers and older bobcats.
They are nutritious for blowing out the exhaust gasket and then leaking rain water in. It sits out in the open.
She hasn’t run in like 20 years.

Thanks. I should mention my graft mothers passed this fall. They just didn’t recover from the root prune. I think there was too much dead root material. I did recover most of the genetics. My guess is my water r when I was on vacation. Was every other day. And I think they dried out too much. Will have to try again.
