Both of my Amy’s winner ogres are doing great. No stretching still which is a good sign they might get pretty big. I got them in 1gals using coco mega brick mixed with perlite. And they have been getting fed the hood stuff lately. Switched them over to HOUSE AND GARDEN coco 2part + root excel gold. I have also started bending them over to get a nice bushy canopy. I don’t want to too these yet but I still might depending how they take to the LST. So far I do like the lateral growth. Seems to be keeping up with the vertical.

The AW's are looking great. Looking forward to how things play out in regards to topping. Any smells coming off of them like G's??

Update shot. I tied the top down to stimulate the lateral growth and try and bush her out . 20220623_195654.jpg the pics my old tablet take are garbage but you can see ok. She smells fruity and I am also picking up some very distinct sweet tooth terps. Ot is not one of my favorite terp profiles but there is enough going on I think it will be tasty.

Sorry for the delay, summer in the Midwest. The girls are looking fine, at 36 days old branching up very good, overall structure looks to be on the bushy side. They all have showed sex, growing actively. I will start defoliation this week, these being on the short side I would not top these in my opinion, shaving their legs leaving just the last 3-4 nodes might be best, a couple it appears I might remove the leaves above branches slow them down, grow them out. In my experience this is the prime time in their life, you should try to stimulate top side growth to get them as big as possible before they start to stretch your time is limited, I train for flower production, I do not grow leaf. Leaves are expendable and can be manipulated for maximum flower growth.
I don’t change my nutrient formula at this point there are at full strength grow nutrient. Nothing extra, no other inputs they are watered 1 gallon of nutrients once a day at this point. In the stretch period I will introduce twice a day watering.
They do have a unique odor like a very light dull piece of old fruit perhaps. Still kind of young here are the young girls.

AMY’S WINNER 5B day 34 from sprout.
I’m pretty sure my two are starting to flower. They stretched like crazy. Easily doubling in size. And have pistils protruding from every node.

Above: Ogerberry f4 5B #1 getting some serious LST to make this girl fill in and even up that canopy.

Below: Ogerberry F4 5B #2 also was LSTd but this one grew very vertical first so I am having to bend and train the branches to give it a little more volume. This plant has insane nodal spacing when it flowers. I got 150w LED blasting on these girls and they are still putting 2-3in between every node. I also noticed the lateral branches are quite skinny and flimsy at first. Idk if anyone else’s are like that but I found using these clips on any lateral branches makes them bulk/stiffen up within a week or so.
both of these are pushing out some funk but that’s alll I can smell atm.

That stretch is for real!!!
I never get tired of seeing plant manipulation techniques.
Also, any FIM or topping take place earlier?
