I had to wash my hands of those black market carts on the east coast here just to dangerous and totally unregulated. I never would wish anyone harm but that vitamin E acetate was what i think was messing people up. It kind of opened a lot of eyes just how dangerous those unregulated carts can be. I would be willing to bet a lot are manufactured in China with little to no regulations. I am not sure of this but i also bet it hurt the sales of legal carts as well which still sell for 50-100 usd a gram.

Vape carts a brother buys, the pax carts.........Not a huge fan of carts, I won't buy them. My brother asks me to sample the stuff he buys for my opinion. Got whacked a few times but usually a vape cart high doesn't last as long as FLOWER.
