A ton of hear say on what is what these days when looking into authenticy of anything over a decade old. I'd like to get a Super Silver Haze but my feelings would be the same as yours are now.
I need to adjust my mindset. Gotta practice what I been preaching. There is more reason to belive this itteration of Neville's Haze is as authentic as any other. Just because it dosen't get me off like everything else I grow has no bearing on the authenticity. The hash from that NH4 was great, there was just maybe a gram from that whole plant, what would have ammounted to a couple few oz of dried flower. The plant that looks like grinspoon might test out high but drying that form of flower is gonna be tough for me and the yield will be a couple bowls. For 9 months of effort I can allow myself to be dissapointed in the result, that doesn't make them any less authentic and to think that original purveyor or any link in the chain would act malicuously is simply disengenuous on my part. I owe everyone involved an apology- @J. James , @Deebs I had no intent nor any forethought for my halphazard comentary.

Cant grow something like that and wonder how legit it could be.
If it aint ancient sativa, its Kochia weed.

Every line has throwbacks. If it is that hard to find a yielder pheno, who is to say it is easier to find the potent pheno ?

In the same breath,,, If it doesn't blow your hair back ?

I top dressed on monday 1/2 C Dr. Earth 4-4-4, I am guessing this is Gorilla Blues x Neville's Haze based on nose and a leaf twist. Just a few pistils have started to receede. I have been keeping it annout 45-50 at night, we had frost a few days ago but mild since then.

Skunky VA going faster every day it seems.

On that VA what's the nose your getting off of her now? I had two different pheno's out of the three I grew. Have some seed from them too. An unknown daddy from stray pollen whenst chucking stuff. Lol. It happens. Lol.
Is she going grape/berry, nose burn fuelly, or something else?

In the jar after 9 days of hanging, my equilibrium pond dried up and the chamber was at 39% rh this morning so I destemmed and jared.

Not as much as I expected, just over a zip, kept looking for that branch I misplaced but on review of the photographic evidence I did get it all. Funny I remembered a larger plant.

Very chemey smell with maybe a drop of berry. Can't taste the berry on smoke yet at least. Not super frosty some dense clusters but the foxyness spreads them out. That could be because I may have let it get a little long in the tooth. Curious how this stuff presses for you guys very tackey, didn't floor me on exhale but as I struggle to find words I'd say its got some creep.

Its a cut from the one I flowered out indoors earlier this year along with G and oldg. It seems a little more berry now but still more dominant on the chemmy burnt rubber. I am about to drop it in flower indoor for its 3rd and final appearance.

I think I have come to a decision on the situation in my flower room. I know you didn't know there was a situation cause I haven't posted much about it, figuring if i ignore it it'll go away right? I may have mentioned a while back that I suspect I used unammended peat base for transplant to final containers for at least 4 plants. A GW x CnC, a TTLT, a Honey Sundae, and a GG4s1 x Tomahawk. The GW xCnC and TTLT are the furthest along in wk 6, HoneySundae and GG4s1 x Tomahawk are in week 4. All have spent the same time in their final containers, gg4s1 x th and HS vegged while the others went to flower. GG4s1 x TH is the worst off followed by GW x CnC. I know HS will trudge through about anything and this case is no different, yield has been severely compromised on all, so much so on gg4s1 x th and gw x cnc that I plan on culling them later today when lights come on. I have a replacement almost ready for the gw x cnc but the gg4s1 x th is at least a month out. This little screw up does seem to show TTLT is a very tolerant plant and I will try to show that with some pics here in a bit.

They are about the same respective flower age, these were probably larger (and sexually mature) when they went into flower. I think this also shows a potential result of the foliar I am doing too - kinda like nitrous with a bad bottom end.

I have an awesome smelling compost pile and some larf to trim.

That is a Neville's Haze surviving in the pile for at least 2 weeks, I am watering it occasionally.

SKVA added to flower, confined the Neville's Haze to their own corner amd turned lights up from summer lows of 110W for the pannels 125W for the cobs to 200W for each. Maximized distance from leds until they acclimatize.

I got a love hate thing goin with NH case you can't tell. That grinspoon one has more odor per calyx than anything I can recall.

Snowed up there earlier this week and again last night, we had some rain.

Been busy filling a dumster most of this week. Being a genius I decided it needed to be compacted, I was tossed from the dumpster, resulting in a sprained wrist and shoulder and numerous bruises. Wife is sad we don't have a ring doorbell camera. In recovery mode for now.

Hope you heal fast mang, but it'd of been hilarious to see the video. Lmfao.
Get ready for more snow, they say front range is going to get a fair bit early next week. Maybe some flurries down here with rain.
Dunno about roots yet, but these clones are looking nice so far, should be ready pretty quick me thinks.

Will probably chop the 2 on the left next weekend, the one on the right is another week pr so out from that and looking at 20 weeks for the other one. Haven't done much for these, mostly water for the last couple months. I did give a little phosphate several days ago.

TTLT right about 6 weeks, probably another 3 to go.

Hoses froze last night, gonna have to shlub water 'til they're done. Last I looked we were at 29, 44 in the coldframe. Pretty windy yesterday so I left the front on the coldframe.
20211009_103947.jpg

Did get some insulation hung in the greenhouse, two more sheets of siding to hang and a door to install then I can start a punchlist for things like ventilation, shelving, water storage... The last big ticket item is a solar generator.

Will start extending the time between ipm sprays here soon to 10 days then 14.
Dropped to 29 again last night, tarped the cold frame, left heat on low, stayed mid 40's. Decided I need a propane heater more than a solar generator for the greenhouse, I will still probably get a smaller 2 pannel unit so I can run the fans and power the heater.

66F in the garden this morning, heater is in service in the cold frame so I am going to drop nightime rh see if that helps maintain temps.

Had my wife do a sniff test on NH Pearle
20211014_082140.jpg
She asked me what it was, I told her Neville's Haze, she said ok but is it marijuana's? It doesn't look or smell like your other buds.
If you can imagine she does not partake and usually winces when I ask her to do a smell test. She said it smelled floral and willingly went in for a 2nd and 3rd snif.
Gonna give this a shot.

SKVA is getting close, thinking I would like to push it another 2 weeks if I can, the pistils are just starting to recede on the NH cross and calyx are starting to swell, pretty sure stretch is over lol. Pics later maybe its cold out.
