Pillow Book #1 x Spring Training
Pillow Book #2 x Spring Training ...These crosses are probably the ones I'm most interested in seeing the progeny of. I wanted to hit a Spring Training female with a Pillow Book male as well, but my last 2 PBs are female, so no-go til I get reversal spray.
The crazy idea with the Pillow Book x Spring Training crosses is to see how close I can come to a Cookie facsimile, with a little extra sativa mixed in.
The Pillow Book is by Bodhi, and consists of Socal Master Kush x Purple Unicorn (Chem D x Blackberry Widow). It's a funky garlicky / blackberry smelling plant that should bring the purple to the cross, and hopefully some extra potency, compared to the GDP in Cookies.
The Spring Training is a cut of a "Florida OG" crossed with Golden Tiger. This will hopefully bring some OG qualities, and extra sativa effects.
So, will this facsimile end up anything like any Cookies at all? Who knows...But with the genetics involved, I feel like it's got some potential.
If we assume Cookies to be anything near what it's said to be, it would be something like (Durban x GDP) x a Florida OG, or a Florida OG x (Durban x GDP), or whatever the combination is lately.
In theory, the PB x ST cross should be at least similar. The genetics break down like this:
(Socal Master Kush x (Chem D x Blackberry Widow)) x (Florida OG x (Malawi x Thai))
A whole hodgepodge of different shit that could be all over the place, but will hopefully be fun to hunt through one day...
These are all just gonna be selective single bud pollenations, hoping for at least a pack of each cross to play with. All plants in question are in Solos or smaller, growing budsicles.
I'll get to pistil dusting tomorrow....well, later today, I suppose....

Got all the chucks from the previous post done, plus 1 or 2.
Golden Tiger #4 (Stretchy Thai dom) was tossed due to persistent herm nut dropping.
Golden Tiger #7 hasn't shown balls yet, and was pollenated by Mills Fruit Farm, Mendo Cookies x Cake Fighter, and Skunk #1
Skunk#1 #4 was hit with Mills Fruit Farm, and Spring Training.
Spring Training was hit with a male ST for F2s
Tiger Snax was hit with Spring Training
Bastard Larry OG was F2'd
Pillow Book was hit with Spring Training.
Pollenation went pretty smooth, with one exception.
As I was pollenating with the Mills Fruit Farm, curiosity got the best of the fucking cat, of course. He proceeded to hop up where I was working, and knock the damn MFF on the floor, dumping most of it's pollen. I let it keep growing, but not sure how much will be left worth collecting. Not like it was a huge plant to begin with.
So, I have to apologize to @Rozgreenburn as it looks like I won't have much of any pollen to send for his Strawberry project. I was hoping to collect and send it soon, since his project is underway, but I dunno if there will be enough to bother with.
I'm not completely hopeless yet, but there's definitely less now. Fucking cats.
Got all veg plants hanging outside enjoying the weather for now, except for the last chance cuts I took the last couple days. Fingers and toes crossed hoping they root in time to fill a few more outdoor spots.
I'm supposed to be getting a few last minute cuts from a couple guys as well, but I'm not holding my breath.
Final count for outdoor isn't quite figured out yet, but getting there.
Got some new gear to pop too. Some autos courtesy of @BigPretzel , and some of @Frimpong Punch Mittens. The autos are Mephisto's Forum Stomper and Night Owl's Galaxy Brain, which is my first Zamaldelica cross, so that's exciting.
I just need to figure out the best spot to plant them to give them the best chance.
Yesterday, I harvested 2 Skunky VAs and 1 Watermelon Delight at 10 weeks, and replaced them in bloom with another Skunky VA, a couple Pillow Books, and a few crosses I made with the Skunky VA x Skunky D male I had.
Bad Dawg's Star Dragon (Stardawg x 3 Headed Dragon) is the mother of 1 cross, and Spring Training is the other. It's my first time running these crosses since making them.

Time for an update on the future, as I remind myself that I still haven't updated here regarding the past few weeks.
Still need to post the Mystery Donor plant harvest shots, and now the Gallon Rack harvest shots.

These were all soaked about 2 weeks ago now, and the oldest have been above ground a week or slightly more.
Right to left, we have:
Sweet Sow- 4/4 going strong
Space Pigs- 3 sprouted immediately. 1 sprouted later, but shell too tight. 1 replacement planted, but no sprout yet.
Punch Mittens- Soaked 2, but nothing happened, so I planted 2 replacements. As of a couple days ago, I have 2 up...but the replacements were planted off to the side, and these are sprouted in the middle of the bottle. I think they were just slow starters, and I may soon have 4 Punch Mittens on my hands.
**FS and GB** Mephisto Forum Stomper, and Night Owl Galaxy Brain autos. 0/2 of each survived more than opening cotyledon.
Pigs in a Blanket F2- 4/4 up and going, and were the most vigorous from the crack of the seed.
Hog Jam- 2/4 initially sprouted. 2 replacements planted. 1 came up in the center 2 days ago, and 1 more off to the side yesterday. She needed help removing her helmet.
So far, HJ total is 4/6 soaked.
I Should have a nice variety of Freak piggy stuff to sample in a few months, with these 4 strains. Then there's Punch Mittens, along with the Watermelon Delight and Don Johnsons already going on.
I can't even imagine yet how the narrowing down process is going to have to be, if I don't make it easy on myself and fuck up cloning some more

Yessir...Still got probably a dozen more that'll go in next. Was gonna put some outside, but haven't decided yet.
Nothing I put outdoors has really done shit this year, so I'll probably just stay inside.
Even my Don Johnsons and Watermelon Delights will probably need to be brought back inside to avoid flowering so I can get them big enough to clone again.

Removed 1 Space Pigs from 7/12 batch. 5/8 males so far, and hoping we're done with males from this batch.
Glad I added another batch a week later, and will be adding the rest of the Freak and Bodhi gear to bloom in the next few days.
Next flower round will likely be cuts that haven't done shit outside all summer.
These are my last chance cuts to save a few strains I ran previously.
Mostly Watermelon Delight, Don Johnson, Orange Julius, Wedding Cake, and Skunky VA.
They'll be brought back in to veg for a bit under lights, take more cuts, and back into flower in the next 6 weeks or so.
Next seed pop round will likely be some of the First 48 gear from @M48 , and probably my latest cross of Pillow Book x Spring Training, at least. Possibly Pillow Book x Ancestral Skunk, if any beans were made successfully.
The Pillow Book plants were both prematurely harvested, thanks to unreliable water helpers, so I won't have as many of the PB x ST cross to look through as I was hoping, and may not have any Pillow Book x Ancestral Skunk.
Was waiting on some more Freak gear, and Preservation stuff to add this next round, but it doesn't look like they're coming, and I'm already weeks behind schedule.
