They are my go to scissors now. While i was not blown away the first time i used them they really grow on you and quickly become your favorites. Very nice prize for POTM. I am certain you will enjoy them.

Glad you got them. I hope you like them, it has been difficult going back to spring loaded fiskar type after using these at least for me.
I still use the spring loaded ones for the every day garden pruning. But when the trimming gets serious those Japanese baby's get to work. When i am trimming and need to take a puff i use a tub of scissor cleaner and just stick them in there until ready to resume trimming. Works well.

I had over a dozen spring loaded, and I still use them for general trimming like you say but the Chikamasa really are a game changer for me. Less fatigue and clogging up. I could trim all day with them.
Some of the things we experience that could help another person discover something new that may be beneficial in their journey is one of the goals here ?

Wait..

I thought that these would trim a plant without me even being there!

Picked this up for peanuts and rebuilt it to resell on Ebay. I have used it on outdoor plants that I used to make fresh frozen hash. I took what I wanted for smoke and hand trimmed that, but it would have taken weeks to trim the 4 outdoor plants by hand. I decided to keep it since it saved me so much manual work. Again, not for smoking bud..just for flower to make hash from

Last yr.
Started trimming the one in front by hand as a cold storm was coming in (Last yr..no outdoor grow this yr)
