MYCO-CHUM is just like re-charge but has molasses in it - have use both - both are good but Iperfer myco-chum because of the molasses (DudeGrow - believe they make it)

I do. Recharge has molasses in it too. I start using my own though after 5 weeks. Id be hard pressed to change from Megacrop. Have always gotten awesome results and feeding time is so simple. Pour out 6 ounce of concentrate per gallon and its ready to feed.

there’s a few things I always suggest when choosing microbes and fungi. 1st know ur source and know how precise they are on lab testing, securing fast and proper orders vs a lot of brands that sell it to wholesalers, than hydro store and god knows how long till I get it.
2nd Is know the function and known compatibility of the fungi/bacteria. Easy google the species@
3rd majority of these companies use similar species, biggest suggestion from this is do a spore vs spore and than weight cost of product.
to give some provable debate on why I choose to not use recharge and other brands:

ran Dyna Grow line up - great stuff -was imopressed with their KLM rooting product ( you have to use their Pro-Teck and then mix the KLM to it for best results ) (their sample pack line is about $20,00 if I remember)

Yeah its one of the best nutes I've used, and I've used a lot of different brands both wet and dry.
It's super highly concentrated and lasts a long time too so is really cost effective, I've done 3 ful 8x8' room grows using the same 1 gallon jugs I bought years ago. Never see deficiencies and it grows a great tasting product. Easy to use, ph stays stable, a mixed res looks like plain water.. Can't say enough good things about it. I'd like to see a bit more potassium in the mag pro, but it all works awesome as is.

The first time I used nutes was season before last bit I liked the results; Technaflora I think is the company? My soon to be Father in law started using some other ones though and after reading what's in them I didn't really notice much difference, and even experimented in mixing the two. Results were still good though. As I'm not experienced I've got little to go on really.
One thing that is confusing is why there's like 5+ different bottles that all need to be measured out, and my main thought there is "why don't they just blend these together and change the amount?" And a good chunk of the bottles have some of the same stuff in different levels further making me think it's about selling more.
Either way, nutrients are just one part of what I like to do; I want my plants to have everything they need to grow strong.
Nutrients is one area where I could easily use more knowledge so I'm gonna probably read through this thread as it goes.

That's why I use Mega Crop...One nutrient that you use all the way through. Has everything you need start to finish. You just up the amount as the plant grows. Greenleaf Nutrients

Now see that sounds ideal! The Technaflora one is a multitude of bottles, and then it says when you're like a week from harvest, you give them two of the nutrients in a bigger dose, and it's supposed to help with Terpenes apparently.

Feeding some nutes I picked up in 91 or 2. After I got busted I didn’t grow till a few years ago. Pulled it out again just to compare to new stuff.
2x 1gallon pails. One is calnit. Other is the rest. Very similar to mega or jacks. Looks like it’s still good. The cal nit is dry but the other part has gained some moisture. Has the consistancy of fresh brown sugar.
Hitting the older veg with 600ppm and the girls look very nice. Probly was designed for tomatoes maybe. Blossom booster prt. 1 and 2. Has directions to mix up 1L concentrate. 230g 1 and 170g 2 Once reduced to feed strength it’s so clear you can’t tell if it’s in. Just set up a HPA toat yesterday. Little test to see how that goes.

Jacks Peters 20-20-20 (45 pounds) and 10 30 20 (24 pounds).
I had the wrong labels on these initially and now they work GREAT ! 10 30 20 for first 2 weeks of stretch then i switch to masterblend tomato.

For salts when i run out of masterblend tomato i will buy it again or get jacks 3 2 1. I like the adapability of it.

Meh, I dunno. Just like full spectrum lights I think you can actually do better if you tune things for the specific stages of growth.
