What are you smoking on today?

Smells like just dried but not cured weed. ? still kinda green but definitely a soft creamy bakery doughy kinda smell. No nose from the '91 or ⛽️ smell, but it sure is Potent. Body so heavy. Lol

Interesting combo there. The Gelato #33 I've ran is pretty potent with a straight up cream smell with a hint of Cocoa, and the Chemdog side, I expect potency there too as they're both sticky monsters of resin when they finish :)

Smoking dino's Midsicle again this morning. Completely underestimated the power of this gassy lady. Sits me down.

Has a predominant fuel flavor and the hot bakery tickle my nose finish. Very hard buds to grind and prolific yield.

Excited to see the Bub's Dog Bud X to Midsicle moving forward. Definately would grow again. Am stoned-stapled to the chair.

Come As You Are
Finishing off the Greases Pieces #2. This is my favorite one of the three.
A somewhat earthy GG4 on the inhale with a chem that settles on the tongue.
Exhale: what were we talking about?

I like the taste of the Sour Skippy a bit more but these Greases Pieces are a tad stronger in the head dept.

Ground up some Fiona's Chem Cake #2. Been smoking mostly Susie Cream Cheese and Chem D, but I wanted some of this.

Smell on her is really hard to describe. #1 is easy; Horseradish and pepper with fumes.

This one, I asked the Wife, and sure said Lemon Pledge, and floral, which is about what I'm getting too. Absolutely love this strain, and to have two phenotypes that were so different from each other in some ways is just a hunter's dream.

Man.... the flavors.... Fiona's Chem Cake is like breathing through your mouth after someone used Lemon Pledge as a deodorizer, and then you get an after taste not unlike heavily peppered Salisbury Steak.... there's a green flavor somewhere in that too that hits the tongue not unlike a Chinese Noodle dish, with cooked celery? Man it's so interesting. Effects.... lol!

I could see me saying "Cancel your plans and go hike in the woods, but ones you are very familiar with... sit on some moss, overlooking a ridge line, and just stare out, letting your thoughts wander".... baked high.

Purple Caper's Black Runtz Cake, fortified with bug terps.

Taste and smell is like a mild grape/berry version of the cookie part of an Oreo. View attachment 170216
Wouldn't bugs make it like Red Velvet Cake?

How were the effects?

Today for me has been Susie Cream Cheese and Fiona's Chem Cake! The two together make me regret tossing a Susie Cream Cheese male :( like some of the most flavorful weed ever.... lol.

Considering the weather in which it grew(avg night 40F/day 65-75F) it's not bad. Probably in the 8-10% range but it's an overall nice high, very relaxing but not really sedating.
A puff of the Apple Bottom(15+%-ish) and you can feel the potency increase.

Duration is a bit shorter too. Maybe a good two hour high.

Man that temp range is exactly what I'd go for for some of the Cheese strains that's actually pretty awesome :)

You been loving that Apple Bottom ? Does it actually smell like Apples ?

Nah, bit too cold. The entire plant was larfy with those buds that look fairly solid but it's just bracts intermittently along a capillary size branch.

I haven't been loving it too much, just got around to smoking it recently because I'm getting low on the Sour Skippy.

The Apple Bottom #2 has a butterscotch-y smell. Taste is kind of citrus but subtle, no distinct fruit comes forward. It's pleasant but nothing to rave about.

AB#1 is what I'm currently smoking.
This one has sandalwood notes all over the smell and taste. Decent high, and probably a good three hour duration. I could smell apples early in the grow but none appear to be present currently.

What would be your top favorites list ? I've noticed that you seem to like a multitude of different strains, but some you aren't into, which, I'm the same way, but now I'm kind of curious what you'd say the best you've had would be.

The temp thing, I'd like to try that though. Over the past few years I've noticed that in August, the heat makes my Cheese and Chem sad, and I end up out there dying of sweat production adding water to them to keep them going LOL. But the days where it's like 68 - 70 degrees during the day, and like 50 or less at night, they love it. You can see them wilting when it's hot, and standing up with all leaves grabbing Sun when it's cooler.

That's one thing I'm hoping to accomplish with having a permanent tent once I have one; Being able to play with the RH and temps each day to make it cool and dry in there and making sure the temps drop by at least 20 degrees during lights out. The only plants that really seem to hate cold weather are Motor Breath, and that weird Hawaiian Sunshine that leaned REALLY heavy on the Sativa side.... Bro this thing was a giant monster of a plant, and inside the greenhouse where it was routinely over 100 degrees, it didn't care, and I couldn't burn her with nutes either; I kept noticing after a while that I could give her a full dose of Nutes, then, come back an hour later or so, and give her another dose, wait 4 days, do that again, and not one ounce of nute burn.... If it wasn't for her long flower cycle, I feel I could have filled that greenhouse with that one plant. Barely made it to the finish line LOL she was pissed! Cold Temps didn't mix with her at all.
